A nice story.
Even though it's part of a series, Riley can be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading the previous books, because they are really cool.
We've met Riley before and he's still his funny, irreverent, man-child self. He's impulsive and boisterous, but he's also loyal and caring.
He and Gillian have incredible chemistry and their sexy scenes are insanely hot. And how can one say no to age-gap?
They're trying to find their way back together after the tragedies they endured, and to top it all, they need to get a dirty federal agent off their backs.
For someone older and experienced in that kind of life, I expected Riley to be way smarter. His impulsiveness and naivety pissed me off sometimes. Yet, the story was really interesting and fun.
Now I can't wait for Finn's story.

My heart broke for Riley..to let Gillian in, for them both to start a relationship knowing there could be a bad outcome and that nothing good could come from it. Heartbreak was destine to come for them and destroy what they thought they could have.
Trying for love and happiness was not meant for Riley.
Gillian and Riley were in completely different lifestyles and generations. An age gap that could make them father and daughter, but love knows no age, but it does know how to ruin and repair hearts and lives, which is exactly what it did to them.
Riley is risking his life and his position in the club to protect Gillian.
He will do whatever needs to be done to keep her safe, because he loves her, but will it be worth it in the end.
The pain in Gillian's eyes can never be erased, he has caused her loss, heartbreak, and has put her in danger, can that all be forgotten.

Riley is intriguing, maddening and packed with a lot of punch. He hits the jackpot when he sees Gillian at the bar. They have a great thing for a while, even with her being Rachel's sister. But when certain things come to light she leaves Riley and as they both try to move on a new problem arises. This time it's the feds and Riley does what he has to in order to protect Gillian. They have a lot to work through to make it back to each other and they will fight every step of the way to make that happen. Every single book in this series has left me breathless and Riley is no exception.

This is the fourth book in this intriguing series and this is Riley and Gillian's story. This is a fast paced, action packed story, with danger, suspense, humour, witty banter, intrigue, twists, emotions, and love which all leads to a riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Riley is the fourth book in Heather Dahlgren’s Shattered Souls MC and a fast-paced, suspense filled, and completely intriguing read. Attraction and chemistry are instant upon Riley and Gillian’s meeting, but as quick as their relationship begins, it is shattered and leaves Riley heartbroken and in turmoil. Events continue to plague these tortured souls, and danger comes hand in hand with the evil that seeks to destroy Gillian’s life. As Riley strives to protect his woman in this gripping and intense story, the characters will capture your heart and the rollercoaster of emotions will keep riveted till the last page is turned. This is a fabulous addition to the Shattered Souls MC series and a thoroughly entertaining read.

This is the fourth book of the Shattered Souls MC series and about Riley and Gillian's story. The storyline is fast-paced, filled with lots of secrets, suspense, hot kinky sex, betrayal, forgiveness and undeniable chemistry. After a drunken night out, Gillian passes out on Riley's couch and the following morning they have steamy hot, kinky sex. Even though she is 20 years younger than Riley and she is Rachel's sister, Riley and Gillian decide o give the relationship a go. However, after Rachel is killed, Gillian blames the MC and leaves Riley heartbroken. When a FBI agent shows up on her doorstep, Gillian is forced to seek Riley's help.
This is one of my favorite books of this series, so far.

Riley and Gillain couldnt have been further apart but the pull towards each other was undeniable. Butba tragic incident pulls them apart but Riley will never let Gillian fight a battle alone, even if it means dealing with dodgy feds and no back up from his MC brother. This is a well written emotional roller coaster ride of a read! The story draws younin and holds your attention through every heart breal and warming scene. Riley would do anything for Gillain and their love always shows but will it be enough to last?

Heather Dahlgren definitely give some great characters. And the storyline was on point. We get lots drama passion, love, and you can’t forget the steamy scenes. Riley is definitely worth reading.

Ahhh another epic book in this series. This book was everything I’d wanted and more!!!!
These guys are so easy to fall in love with.
Heather did an AMAZING job of giving Riley his own unbelievably emotional story that will have your heart in an emotional overload.
Gillian is another strong female I’ve fallen in live with. Gahhh this couple!! They’re perfect in every way.
Tons of angst, unbelievable twists and turns. Did I mention the HOTTEST SEX SCENES?? Your kindle is gonna burn. Get ready for the most epic ride ladies.

Riley by Heather Dahlgren is book 4 in the Shattered Souls MC series. It’s the maddening story of Riley and Gillian. This story nearly had me tearing my hair out!!! These two make sooooo many bad decisions and don’t LEARN from them!!!
She has forgiveness issues…and he doesn’t think things through. Good story….but, these characters were tough to like!!! There’s murder, deceit, coercion, and somehow things STILL get worse!!!

This is the epitome of Shattered Souls. I really feel for this couple and am endeared to them for all they have gone through! It was a brutal journey and it seems like some things could have been avioded, but it just was not in the cards for these two. I enjoyed this book and am digging in for the remainder of this series! Definitely on my to reread shelf!

Riley and Gillian are very different but are drawn to each other and can't deny their feelings. A tragedy pulls them apart and when trouble comes knocking for Gillian, Riley is determined to protect the woman he loves. This story has it all...drama, angst, heartbreak, love...it's so good and although their story is heartbreaking at times it is also so good.

Riley by Heather Dahlgren is the fourth book in the Shattered Souls MC series. Heartbreak, suspense, excitement, danger, heat.... Riley and Gillian's story had me on the edge of my seat, worried about their fate and their love. They definitely had me feeling emotions and anxious for their HEA. Loved every page!

I love this series it’s exciting to see these tough guys fall in love. Gillian And Riley’s story is packed with loads of raw emotion. The characters are engaging and well developed with plenty of chemistry throughout the pages and the storyline flowed smoothly from beginning to the end.

A well written suspenseful story that was impossible to put down once I started reading. The characters made this book come alive for me. I liked the amazing chemistry between them which felt real. I liked the fast pace which gave the book an urgency and energy that surrounded the storyline. Nicely done.

I thought ths was a good book and was able to read it from the very beginning to the very end.

This is a fast paced story filled with MC problems, danger, suspense, secrets, steam, and a page turning story that held my attention from the first page until the last. I enjoyed Riley and Gillian's journey of love and even though they go through a lot in this book when it really counts they do whatever is needed to stay safe. This book was a real page turner from the very beginning with a well written storyline, a plot that flowed smoothly with some interesting twist thrown in. The characters are so well created you cann’t but feel for them. It definitely kept me totally glued to my kindle until the very last page.

An amazing addition to the series that'll pull you in from the beginning. It's slightly twisted with a dirty agent. Gillian and Riley have a tough road ahead of them that they've got to find a way through it. It's a page turner that won't disappoint. Definitely recommend reading.

Holy moly!! This book was action from the first chapter to the last. I was pulled in so fast I couldn't think. Can't wait for the next book in the series.
