I love the look of this Bible. It is very very pretty, and I LOVE the zipper to close it up. It fits perfectly in my purse too. The only issue I have is that the text is very very small. I cannot read it for long periods at a time ( and I have good eye-sight....considering I only have 1 good eye.) I found myself only reading for very small periods at a time, or using the pocket Bible, along with a Bible with more normal size text to be able to read the words.
As for the app. Yes, this Bible has a compatible app. I really like that idea. I'm very new to the app, and am still getting used to all the settings,and features. You can take your phone, and or tablet and scan the top of any page of the Bible, and it will bring up features and a more in depth study. The app also has study guides, and more. I think for me I had a lot of user error, as I kept making mistakes on what buttons I was pushing, or possibly clicking the wrong thing, but that's on me. I think once I mess around with it a little bit more, I'll like it even more.
In all, I love this, I just wish it was a tad larger so I can read it for longer periods at a time without my eyes bugging out.
I think this would make the perfect gift. I looked on their website, and I think they even make a mens version so they wont be left out either, as this desgin is I think geared a little more towards women.

This little zipper Bible is such a gift! It is the perfect size to put in a purse or bag, but not too small as it's perfectly readable and usable. The zippered cover is not only beautiful but perfectly functional to keep the pages from being torn or bent. I love the reference pages in the back and the red lettering. I'll be recommending this Bible to anyone who wants something more compact but still full of information, wisdom, and beauty! Even the spine is gorgeous!

i love this little bible. it’s so compact and easy to travel with. i am in awe with the app, the details in the study guide to help you understand what you are reading. cannot believe it is free.
