This one is an all-embracing self-help book that's valuable not only for us but for all the people near us. It frees up our minds to develop a good sleep cycle to grow in life. It informs us how, due to loss of sleep, our body displays many health difficulties. There's barely any serious study made on this sleep problem & so it turns out to be the absolute need of the hour book.

I wish I had something like this to read through years ago. It took my family a long time to figure out what caused my sleep deprivation. I loved how this book went into detail on causes and solutions. There were several instances where I found I related to the examples used from case studies. It was organized well and the information was easy to understand. I was very impressed with the information this book shared. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has issues with sleep, thinks they may have problems because of sleep, or for someone wanting to help another sleep better.

This was first time I was reading about sleep-disordered breathing issue and Meghna Dassani, DMD has provided a well researched data and information in the pages of the book. She has put forward several information and suggestions helping the people with sleep-disordered breathing and in real life, she treats them and does the needful for making their healthier and happier. Airway is life authored by Dr Meghna Dassani DMD, deals with importance of sleep. I have been insomniac since a long time and I almost gave up on sleep but the way this book explained everything made me question myself about what am I doing to myself by not taking sleep seriously. The thing which everyone failed to make me realise did this book.
This book is divided in three parts.

The last part of the book is very helpful as it tells how to fix sleep problems. The most important reason we sleep is that our brain gets rejuvenated and our muscle cells get repaired. When we get bruises or any wound, sleep helps to fix the cells.

This was informative, easy to follow and understand! I have been concerned about my husband’s sleep patterns and wanted to understand and some of the articles online are not quite written in layman’s terms. This book is written in such a way that you not only understand about overall sleeping functions, but you then can have a better view of which stage someone is in when they are not sleeping as well.
I am definitely purchasing this book for my husband to understand because my son has sleep apnea and is on a machine, but I want my spouse to go into the doctor forearmed with knowledge that he will need to get the proper treatment.
