There is a review on the front cover from USA Today which says: “Words leap of the page.” They really do!

This book was so insightful! Dr. Medina is able to discuss complex topics in a simple way without dumbing anything down. Thoroughly enjoyed this book!

Some interesting ideas, but way too much anthropomorphizing. Dated at this point after 17 years
