I used this book to refresh my C/C++ skill, so my experience may be very different from those who learn C++ for the first time. The content of the book is well organized with worked out examples, exercises and solutions, in a concise, practical manner suitable for beginners. The appendices are also very helpful.

Pretty elementary ideas are illustrated in a good way. But much of OOP topic isn't in focus of enriched discussion.
