Terrible Grammar and typos throughout.

A decent read but boy oh boy has it ever not been proof read! Quite shocking number of errors in it. So many that I couldn't be bothered reporting them all.

A great read for anyone that is Sober Curious or given up the booze and searching for something really special. Beautiful written with personal insight and a holistic package full of useful resources.
Finished the book feeling genuinely inspired.
