This is a great window into his life from beginning to where he is now. Its an incredible story, that just goes to show you, it doesn't matter where you've been, it matters where you want to go!

However, this is not a step-by-step guide on how to purchase your first home. This is Cesar’s autobiography.
In this book you will learn about the experiences that shaped Cesar and ultimately drove him to excel as a real estate investor with over 1,000 properties and counting!
His is a story about unconditional love, the lure of 1990’s NYC street life, hitting bottom, and “flipping the script.”
Reading his story made me think of movies like 50 Cent’s “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” or Eminem’s “8 Mile.”
The book is engaging and it’s overarching message is clear; Bad circumstances do not have to define you. By changing your mindset, you will discover your ability to turn your life around.
I highly recommend this book! 💯

This was a cool and easy read. It's fun reading about how others didn't allow their past circumstances to define them. The world often times can't get past your mistakes, where you come from, or what you look like and represent, but if you believe in you, the possibilities are amazing. You can see this exemplified in @flipping_nj's story! Here are a couple of quotes that stood out in this read:
"Anytime a positive thought entered my head, I would pursue it. You only live once. Me, I go hard on everything. I know where I came from and I will never forget it. I made a promise to myself that I would never go backwards in life."
"I've learned to never take anything in my life for granted. Love those who love you. Never waste time on ignorance and always be productive in life."

it’s a biography, definitely not an instructional book. there are some gems you’re able to pick up though

Very simple read. The book delves into his life, and what inspired his hustle and drive into the real estate business. He took risks, learned the business, and scaled up.
