Guinevere is a publicist for a band - Reckless Ambition and is falling for Maverick. But he has a history with her sister Genevieve, who broke his heart when they were only 17. Genevieve comes to visit her sister, and tells Maverick that she is in love with him - but Maverick has been burnt before, and will not let it happen again. Genevieve tells him that her sister will use anything - including sex - to get ahead without help from her father - and Maverick is determined to punish her.
Will Guinevere be able to convince him that her feelings are real? A cliff hanger ending - looking for \ward to seeing what happens next! Will she be able to forgive her sister for her lies - and prove herself to the man she loves?

Oh, The Cliffhanger!!

Genevieve and Maverick have a past but it's Guinevere and Maverick that are in a relationship now. One little detail is that Genevieve and Guinevere are sisters and Genevieve has come back to claim Maverick again. It seems like Genevieve usually gets what she wants but there are secrets and lies that may change things. I can't wait for the next book in this series!

gotta say I liked this book picked up automatically where the first left off. Hated Genevieve right off the bat. Maverick was just getting his bearings with Guinevere when this witch showed up. Talk about a quick dose of reality?!?!? She walked out on him all those years ago, without afterthought to chase her own anbitions and now she has all these feelings? Pu-leez! Just a spoiled rich brat that will do anything to get what she wants, including wrecking other people's lives... including her own sister... I was glad she was gone, but the seeds were already planted. I was so happy that Maverick let his guard down and gave Guinevere a shot, but I gotta say was quite disappointed in how fast he jumped the gun and turned on her! I only hope the next book shows how wrong he has been. Hope Guinevere forgives him!

This is certainly not a standalone - you need to read the books in order. I was offered the opportunity to read and review Book 2, so naturally I had to read Book 1 first. It's a very interesting story, following the rise of a new male rock band. Add a female publicist, confined in a house and tour bus with them.... sparks fly! There are a couple of twists (I don't want to spoil) and a cliffhanger at the end of this book. I can't wait to find out what happens in Book 3 - it's going to be awesome! :)

Maverick you idiot
I’m not gonna tell you what happens in this book this is a second part of the series and you will have to read it for yourself because I’m not giving you any spoilers other than to say Maverick you have left me so angry. What were you thinking why can’t you trust?? We saw a different side of you and then you went and ruined it. I need book 3 because I can’t believe how angry I am what an outstanding read I feel like I know these people I am totally hooked I am there!

This one starts out after finding out Guineveres sister used to date Maverick 8 years ago. She doesnt want to let him go but she does since he is bent on not having anything to do with either one of the. After her sister leaves Maverick and Guinevere cant seem to stay away from each other and their relationship builds. But after a story is leaked to the media things might just end for the two of them. I can not wait to see how this continues... now waiting for part 3.

This is my absolute favourite genre rockstars, bands etc and this is about sisters who date the same rockstar but 8 years apart one sister doesn’t know how to tell the other sister that she loves him because she believes that her sister still loves him so they keep it a secret until the media gets involved and now their secret is not so secret anymore. I loved this story and the characters and I can’t wait to read the next book in this series and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

I cannot wait to see what happens here. Maverick better start looking out for what is to come, it will only take one more lie to tip the balance here. I could not like Geneviere. She is manipulative and a raging slimey person ( I am being really sweet when I say that!)! And Maverick you are the epitome of an idiot I sure hope you figure your crap out before it is too late! Good read, I enjoyed it! I look forward to where this is going!

Guinevere has to fight her insecurities where her sister Genevieve is concerned. Maverick is no longer in love with Genevieve and can't figure out how he feels about Guinevere. Genevieve takes back off to Paris. Maverick and Guinevere move from truce to grudging friendship to full blown romance. They hide it from the rest of the band. The end will blow you away. I can't wait for the next book!

Oh my stars I actually read this book in 24 hrs. I just couldn’t put it down. The friction between the main characters was so electrifying. I would recommend not only this book but all of their books to everyone who loves a spicy romance laced with hidden innuendos and deceit. Amazing

This story just gets even more of a roller coaster ride with Maverick and Guinevere. Add in her sister Geneivieve whio just happens to be Maverick's ex, and drama galore happens. This novel ends on a cliffhanger and I can't wait to see what happens next!
