My first adhd book, after i got diagnosed. It’s quite adhd friendly for me. It really helps me to understand myself, although it mostly covers on adhd in boys rather than girls. I I thinks adhd in women represents really differently, that’s why most of women were late diagnosed. Still this book is a good start to understanding adhd.
