I am not usually a fan of short stories, however not only was this collection a truly enlightening read, but it was also odd the highest quality. It was curated in such a way that the distance voice of each author shine through in their story but also lent itself to the overall theme. Very impressive work by some lesser known writers who should get more of a spotless. Daughters of Yig is a particular standout, with the myth so richly and naturally developed.
