While it's no Sex Ed 120%, Little Miss P is still an interesting attempt to destigmatize something slightly over half the population of the world goes through: the horrors of menstruation. This volume's attempt at also covering abortion isn't great, but that's arguably a more difficult topic to work with, and I do like that the decision is ultimately up to the woman herself and how the chapter concludes. A chapter based on a Japanese department store's attempt to create shame-free period badges for its female staff (something that happened in real life) is also interesting, particularly since one of the detractors notes that it wouldn't be appropriate anywhere in the developed world, which may, in fact, be part of the problem the store is trying to combat. I don't love this series, but I do find it very interesting and a needed discussion of something we've been taught to sweep under the rug for far too long.

I know a lot of people find this book weird or too light but I think this is a great manga that designed to do one thing. Get people talking about women’s fertility and the issues women may face. I feel this series is a really good tool to start the conversation because it is so light and a little goofy…ok very goofy, but that’s what makes this a great introduction into this topic.

This series is still fun! I’ve never seen a (subverted) suicide attempt end in such a goofy, heartwarming way. A lot of the stories admonish desiring someone who loves all of you even the YOU on your period. c:

In this volume, we finally get a character who “wants” her period to come.

I think the scribbly, childlike art style adds to the charm.

5 point deduction: I enjoyed the RPG couple, showing “the after of happily ever after,” when they got used to their marriage. But Despite that, the aftermath was sweet.

Ok yeah this one was better irt female sexuality but some of the stories were weaker imo. Like the manga creator & mr virginity one. Like…ok…
But i also liked the art in this one. Lots of fun expressions and interesting one-off characters

Still a fun, enjoyable manga. There were many good lessons that were shown in some add way too. I will say I think this didn't really need to be a series, but this is really fun to read none-the-less. Especially as a woman. :)
