I found this book extremely helpful while navigating my four-year degree. I do not plan to pursue a PhD, but these tips were still very useful in my regular college career. It's well-written and easy to follow, and Goali's conversational and friendly voice comes through. It helped me learn how to schedule time for myself while still working hard in school. As a perfectionist with a lot of anxiety who also wants to achieve a lot, this book was an excellent guide.
