Sneaky
When love sneaks up on you, do you run with it or run away?
Ally is a quirky baker who dreams of running her own bakery. She's sworn off men after her last boyfriend cheated on her multiple times. She's more than happy to concentrate on going into partnership with her best friend Georgie, to fulfil both of their dreams. The only problem is, the contractor Georgie hired is hard to handle!
Alex is bowled over by the baker that smells like the sugar and chocolate she plans on cooking with once he gets her kitchen built for her. She might be as tiny as a pixie but she's got walls he wants to break down, even after Georgie warns him off her best friend, he can't resist her.
Will they fight their feelings and each other or will they give in the building feelings between them?

29 books123 followersI live in Melbourne, Australia, with my partner of over 20 years, two teenage sons, and our Irish Wolfhound, Sarge. There's always something going on around here, and the dog is usually at the centre of the mischief. He's a bit of a sock thief, but only the oldest child's or dad's, and they're usually found on my bed!
In my early 20's, (prior to kids, and my partner, obviously) I sang in a couple of local bands on the weekends. Now I only sing for my own amusement, and pleasure. The bonus is, now I get to use my singing to annoy my children!
I've also been baking, and decorating cakes since my late teens, and I've made a lot of different styles of cakes. Everything from wedding cakes, to kids birthday cakes. I even made a cookie cake one year for my youngest son, it looked like something the dog left behind, but the kids loved it! I love creating new, and exciting designs for my family, and close friends, it feeds my soul, and my need to be creative, as well as my sweet tooth!
Writing is something I've always wanted to do. English was one of my favourite classes, because I could write essays. The only problem was, I couldn't keep to words limits, and I still can't! Mind you, my word limits are my own these days, but I still always go over what I have planned. Apparently, I can't shut up! Being an author as been a dream for as long as I can remember. Self-publishing has made that dream a reality.
My path to becoming a published author came about by pure accident. After reading romance novels since I was in my early teens, (way too early to be reading the bodice rippers that I was!) I wrote a small piece, and asked a close friend to read it. I knew she read what I did, and would tell me if it was good ... or not! She told the rest of our circle of friends, they read it, and wanted more, and well, one thing led to another which led to my first novel being published. That small piece, is now a very edited, and added to last chapter of 'Sneaky', the first book in my Sneaky Love Series.

This is my fave story from this author so far! The way she brings Alex and Ally together is wow! They are super cute one minute and steamy the next! Awesome!

I loved the interaction between Ally and Alex!! He is such a force and she is such a whirlwind when these two collided literally it was a shift in both their universes!!! They didn’t stand a chance of not finding their HEA as they were most definitely meant to be!! My first story by this author and can not wait to read the next book in this series!! Well written and so easy to connect to each and every character!!

The intensity between Alex and Ally is hot especially certain scenes yet the writing fell a little for me. I wanted to get past the occasions when similar scenarios would pop up but it was the constant use of the word 'arse' that drove me crazy. It's not exactly the word that bothered me as much as how often it was used. It distracted me from the story which at times was great and sexy, but then ruined for me. Overall a good story but just didn't make me get as lost as I wanted.

Bit difficult to review, I found the writing a little bit hard as it doesn’t quite flow, the characters although I did want to like and do to an extent, annoy me at times for coming across as children in their squabbling BUT I am moving straight onto to book 2 and thinking/hoping the story s going to develop more as they do have their moments 😁

Fun, steamy, quick read about Alex and Ally. He is totally hot and she is fun and quirky! a great pair of characters and interesting story premise make this one very entertaining book!

this is a romance that is all about the physical, I found myself wishing for a bit more depth but it was an ok read.

I did enjoy this book. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started reading this story but once I did I enjoyed it a lot.
