Endless Love

Rate this book
Alex was a good looking man with blue eyes and a glorious mane of thick black hair. He was faithful, affectionate and considerate. In fact, he hadn't as much as looked at another woman since they started dating. But with a man like Alex there were always opportunities. It didn't escape Francine's notice that many of the women in their social circle had an eye on him.

In bed Alex was a thorough, generous and inventive lover. When they made love Francine had all of his attention and she felt like the sexiest woman in the world. Even if she weren't in love with him, for the sex alone she would consider herself a lucky woman. Above all else, Francine desperately wanted to be Alex's wife. That thought had been firmly set in her mind even before his brother, Jason, became engaged to her sister a few weeks ago. But with their engagement, she became more fixated with becoming the next Mrs. McCord.

Putting her phone away, she sighed and ran her fingers through her long blonde hair in frustration before getting on with the business of checking the new arrivals.

Jade Harris arrived home from a long day at work. It was seven o'clock and Briana, her five year old daughter, was asleep in the back seat of the car. She'd gotten stuck at work typing a letter for her boss, attorney Baron Rollins. What pissed her off was that he'd called her into his office for dictation at five twenty, ten minutes before she was to leave for the day. Of course, he wanted it typed and on his desk before she left, not that he stayed around.

This was a frequent game that he played with her.

It's been six months since Rollins made a pass at Jade which she tactfully rejected. From that time on it became his goal to make things as difficult for her as possible. His first inclination was to fire her, but he had no legitimate reason and, as a respected attorney, it would ruin his business to be embroiled in a sexual harassment lawsuit.

Although her job paid well, Jade was keeping an eye open for other opportunities. There was a need for more balance in her life. She was so tired most evenings that she couldn't give Briana her full attention, which made her feel guilty. With only one parent, she thought her little girl deserved more.

The following day Alex was having lunch with Jason and Cam, when Jason mentioned he'd met their mother's newest employee.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you guys, I met Mom's new assistant."

"What's she like?" Cam asked.

"She's a single mom with a little girl. I only talked to her a short while, but she's friendly, witty, and she actually thinks Mom is the perfect employer, or nearly so," he smirked.

"It sounds like she's a good fit for Mom. What does she look like?" Cam asked.

"She's a pretty young black woman with dark reddish brown hair. She looks ..." Jason let the statement trail off as he saw Alex's eyes flicker with excitement.

Idk...........

It was a book about nothing but them screwing with, oh by the way as an after thought, this is suppose to be a story. I read for 5 hours about sex, the same old boring thing. This book was so perfect, I got nauseous. Endless Love? Should have been endless sex. Do any of these women ever have a period? Woe unto them if their men can't have them all the time, or the women can't go without the nine inches. At least she didn't get pregnant. Small favour.

Complete Story

I am not sure who authors these books but I have read two or three that were very good, in particular, Aisle 15 is a good book, check it out.
Aside from grammatical errors and some typos the books are well written with little to no fake or contrived drama. In this story, Alex is in a lack luster relationship when he spots a woman, Jade, and her child in a restaurant. From across the room he feels the emotional tug. Through a mutual connection she ends up working for his mother. He nicely ends the dead end relationship and pursues Jade. The passion is hot and their love seems genuine. The supporting characters are incorporated into the fabric of the story. Both sets of parents, his and hers, are great.
I hope Alex’s law partner Brad has his own story next.

Love at First Sight

I enjoyed this sweet story. This is the first time I've read something by this author and hopefully it won't the the last. Jade and Alex fell in love at first sight and I'm glad they were mature enough to realize their feelings and communicate them with each other. I love how they communicated and trusted each other. Briana was such a sweet little girl and I loved watching her and Alex build their relationship. Alex and Jade's intimacy was off the charts. Overall, I loved this book and how easy it flowed.

Sweet but missing something.

While the romance was very sweet and little Brianna was adorable, there was something missing. I think they addition of the exes to story gave the impression there would be drama but really they didn’t add much, especially Francine. Also there were too many sex scenes. I know I know, how can that be, right?!

I did like that they communicated any time there was something on their minds like normal people unlike what you see in a lot of romance stories.

All in all solid read.

Sweet Love story

I think I read this a long time ago. It's a good love at first sight story. Just a smidgen of conflict, but good overall. The one thing I dislike about the book was the lack of new chapter notification.

Well

If she hadn’t met Alex, Jackson would never had one back. Call me a bitch but to me he was a slug. The brother calculated that getting close to his daughter later in life he would reap some benefits

Alex and Jade

Love the storyline and the couple. Loved how he knew Jade and Brianna were his family. Need to know how their lives ended up.

ALEX and JADE

This book was written in a narrative style with the characters thoughts spoken on occasion.

When Alex and Jade finally connected that first night was amazing and risky. This is the first book I've read that didn't talk of condoms when sex was first introduced. This may be an unpopular opinion, but I liked that. Of course I noticed, but I felt good with it happening that way, it gave the story a continuity that I liked.

I liked this book overall. I liked how Alex stepped up to be a father figure for Jade's daughter Briana. I liked the reconciliation Jackson Briana's biological dad finally had with her as well.
