This book was phenomenal in getting started writing your own memoir. I always have been told from many writers, as soon as you have a memory that is valuable, write it down. This book gives you the perfect spots to write those thoughts down and organize them to make writing your memoir a lot easier and be a more positive experience rather than a headache. I also appreciated the pop of color used on the page layout and providing lines like a guided journal was a nice touch. As someone who is filled with lots of stories and always tells everyone that she is going to write a memoir one day, this book will sure not only make it to the library collection but on my personal bookshelf as well.
We will consider adding this title to our Non-Fiction collection at our library. That is why we give this book 5 stars.

A decent workbook for writers who are wanting to write a memoir. I wish it would have given more of a variety of prompts and whatnot, but overall the book was helpful!
