What if you were the only person standing between a demon and the destruction of the largest city in the United States?
Graham Kincaid was an angel.
But, after he broke one of Heaven’s rules, he was kicked out and found himself on earth, acting as Heaven’s emissary.
His task? To chase down rotten souls escaped from Hell.
Graham has been hunting such souls for centuries, and he’s the best at what he does. But his newest job isn’t quite so cut and dry…
This time, instead of pursuing a runaway human soul, Graham is after an escaped demon—one that’s out for blood.
Kraven isn’t just any demon—not only is he one of the most powerful, but he also has aspirations for greatness. Kraven intends to open a portal in the middle of New York City in order to create a literal hell on earth—one he’ll be ruling.
Obviously, Graham can’t let that happen.
And when Kraven starts targeting a human woman to whom Graham finds himself inexplicably attracted, the case becomes personal.
Soon, it becomes a race against time as Graham not only has to locate Kraven in a city of over eight million, but he’ll also have to stop the demon from enacting a ritual that will destroy the city and all its inhabitants…

This is really different from any other series from both authors, it is a little darker. You will be drawn into the story of Graham and everything that happens. The main character is angel that is becoming more human and what does that mean for him and others. This book has something for everyone to enjoy. I am looking forward to the next book
Hell on Earth really surprised me. The book wasn’t anything like I usually read from H.P. Mallory. As the book began, I wasn’t sure about it, but the authors took a fallen angel and endeared his character to me. Graham Kincaid used to be an angel in Heaven until he broke a rule and was tossed down to earth. As part of his punishment, Graham is now an emissary to Heaven. He runs around New York hunting souls who’ve escaped Hell, sending them back to where they belong.
When a particularly nasty demon is summoned to the earthly plane, Heaven recruits Graham to send him packing. Kraven isn’t a typical lowly demon who just wants to wreak havoc. He has aspirations of grandeur. If a particular summoning takes place, New York will be sucked into a void and spit out as a literal Hell on earth. That can’t happen for a multitude of reasons, but when Kraven sets his sight on a human Graham is fond of, all bets are off. Kraven must be taken down by any means possible.
Fast paced and exciting, Hell on Earth drew me in and kept me engaged throughout. Graham was a well-written character with flaws. He may have been perfect in Heaven but when he fell to earth, he had to acclimate to each era but didn’t always blend into the current population. He’s a non-conversationalist and has a hard time functioning like a human when amid them. Yet, he’s drawn to Sierra, giving him depth and realistic human qualities and emotions. Whether those are a good thing, or a bad thing requires you to read the book.
First off, if you are a fan of Mallory's then you know to expect a cliffy in some shape or form.. mostly BIG ones. This story does not, let me repeat that.. Does Not End In A Cliffhanger! Yes, there will obviously be more but I'm not throwing my kindle.. soooo.
Secondly, in most of Mallory's work you will come to expect a super slow, scorchingly slow burn.. Not exactly true with these characters either.
Third.. the ground work that's been laid out is incredible. Introduction's to the main players are made. The landscape is ready for the readers imagination to capture the storyline and soar!
In other words.. Nicely Done to Mallory and Rain! Their teamwork is knocking out some amazing new reads!
First of all I want to say that this book feels very different from anything that I’ve read by Mr. Rain or HP Mallory. There was a darkness to it and it totally suited the story. As humans, we think we know everything that is going on around us. Honestly though in my opinion, I don’t believe that to be true. I think this story represents the many layers of our world. I’m looking forward to reading the next book. I’d like to know how Graham continues to grapple with his humanity and angel halves. This is a very good story. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Knowing full well that this book was of a sort that is not exactly my thing, I picked it up because of the authors. Whether what they write is to my taste or not, they are always excellent storytellers. In this book, the MC really didn't appeal. The whole thing was pretty dark. Even though I didn't really like any of the characters, I still had to get to the end. My only concern is that if Graham is Heaven's best operative, we are all doomed. He's not too bright for having been around for hundreds of years.
He'll on Earth: A Good Versus Evil Paranormal Thriller Book 1
The advantage of a fallen angel. Graham is an angel is sentence to Earth because he commit a crime. Now he had to capture escape souls from hell. Now he is after a demon name Kraven. Can he defeat Kraven before he bring hell to New York City?
Graham, an angel made an error in judgment when he attempted to make his beloved happy and broke one of heaven's rules. He is punished by being sent to earth to serve as a bounty hunter who locates escapees from hell. This time he has to catch a strong demon that is a threat to everyone in the city. He seems sad and lonely and the fixer in me wants to help him. Interesting new series!
I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.
Overall, I enjoyed this book. I found it a bit slow at first & I had a hard time getting into it. As the story moved along & more details were given it ended up being pretty good. I enjoyed the characters and the plot of the storyline. Then it just ended. I am definitely curious to see what is to come in this series.
The duo on Mallory & Rain have brought us a brand new series. Oddly enough paranormal, yes! Strong heightened times of good vs evil dating way back to biblical time...oh hell yeah... funny and kinda tongue in cheek coming out Easter week. Might be lost on some. Super witty spunky, romance as always wanting me on my knees begging praying for more please.
Summed up this was a simplistic feeling easy to read of good VS bad story. Graham comes across almost child like which made it difficult for me personally to connect with him. Maybe if there had been something more from his history than just having deep feelings for Lelia in Heaven. Everything felt like a version of tunnel vision to me.
Demon Bounty Hunter!!! Fallen Angels, Escaped Demons, and ..... Human Emotions!!! Egh... Poor Gram has a lot to figure out in this world. Great new series... More hunter less Fluff! I really enjoyed it.
This was an interesting as well as entertaining story with lots of action How does a fallen angel earn back his wings? Find out what Darrian must do survive in the human world, while trying to win back Heavens trust! Looking forward to more of his journey.
This was a enjoyable read. The story pulls you into it so quickly it feels like your done quicker with than when you started it. The characters are likeable with alpha male. I don't know how long I can wait for more of this series.
This was an entertaining, well-written book. There was a lot happening in this story, and I didn't want to put it down. It was fast-paced and the story moved quickly. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading the next book in the series.
I wasn't sure what to expect with this. But Graham has peaked my interest and I would be interested to see what happens next. I also need to know what happens to Leila. Sierra and JJ.
Graham is an angel that has fallen from grace and sent to Earth to fight the demons . When he decided to stop a woman from being hurt and walks her home , he is smitten with her sister. When he finds out that he has to find the demon Kraven and dispatch him . Kraven is closer then he thinks when Kraven starts to target the woman that Graham has feeling for . Will Graham be able to keep everyone safe and send Kraven back to the depths of hell. The characters in this first book are very well written. Graham is a no nonsense guy who sticks to the books as he is trying to catch demons on earth. Oh I didn't tell you yes Graham is a Angel who has fallen to Earth for something he did in heaven so many years ago. He is the strong silent type that just wants to hopefully earn his wings back . There is a sadness in him that you can feel but as you go through the book you see him grow and become such a strong man . Sierra is the one woman that sparked his attention if forever . She is strong willed and sassy along with her son they become more to Graham that he needs to protect for the Kraven. They are such great characters you will love them from the very start This is a book you can read in a weekend , the authors do pack a lot into this read . We really get to know the main character and what he has gone through . This really isn't a light fun read but once you get into the story you will be in love with Graham. He is complex and you really don't get a read on him at first. I can't wait to see where the authors are going to take these characters . I actually really like them and the story is a bitter sweet story that will have you wanting to hug and tell them that everything will be ok . I really want to see if Sierra and Graham will have a relationship . So if you want a new series that is a fast read for the weekend check it out .
