Shockingly Good.

Surprisingly I really really enjoined this story. Superhero Mercury and vigilante Savage have been dancing around their feelings for a while now, but when Savage is attacked and framed for murder Mercury is called to bring her in. Only problem? He doesn’t believe she did it. From there they go on a wild ride where enemies are show , secrets are revealed, and feelings are realized.

This book was a great blend of action and romance. This story was fast paced in the best way. I’m excited to see what’s next for the crew, the fight they have coming is going to be wild.

I wasn’t sure about this story based on the cover but I’m glad I gave this book a try. While there were some grammatical errors, it didn’t detract from the story or my enjoyment of it. Can’t wait to see what happens next. Highly recommend!

Horrible cover , decent story

Decent story overall I like that Mercury was the virgin in the story (tired of it always being a female) and even the fact their first sexual experience didn’t go well .

BUT Savage trying not to actually kill People who try to kill her and every one around her (even her OWN daughter ) is just annoying . She let go people who wanted to harm her already traumatized daughter which makes me think maybe she secretly wants her murdered 🤷🏻‍♀️ Mercury who suppose to be the “Hero” and represent good had no issue killing anyone who tried to harm anyone he cares about but Savage did ?? Makes no sense especially since she avoid a relationship with him because she felt he was to “good hearted “ for her , if anything Mercury was the real Savage .

Must read!

A must read!! A brave, strong, beautiful and intelligent black woman kicking butt!! No scary or always running or damsel in distress, not Savage!! Savage is a savage!! Multi cultural characters. One side good guys another side bad guys!! I truly enjoyed reading this!! Looking forward to more Savage! This would make a action packed movie!!!
