There was some good information in this manual, especially on difficulties and problem people that might affect a group. If I could give this 2 1/2 stars I would, simply because it reads like a manual rather than a book. Because it is written like a manual there are no illustrations or examples to break the monotony, and the often vague writing serves to remind the reader that this is meant to be a resource that accompanies training. One of my professors assigned it for a class, yet never discussed what "Formation-In-Common" really is and the book never explicitly states what a meeting looks like.
