I Voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book
When Brianne finds her boyfriend cheating on her, she sort of does something impulsive. She has a one night stand with her brother's best friend.
But from this one night stand, so many good things happens but also so many challenges.
Jaxon can't believe that he finally got his shot with Brianne, but he also knows that maybe now is not the right time so he tells her to take some time, what he didn't expect was for her to leave for six months. And then when she does get back he is in for a big surprise.
From a crazy ex to a crazy mother to lots of mis-communications and so much drama will all this be to much for Brianne to handle or is this one of those relationships that will only get stronger?
I enjoyed it this one, lots of drama, lots of funny moments, lots of LOL and some really crazy parts. All in all a good read

OH! MY! GOODNESS!!!
SO here I am reading this book (mind you my kids are sleeping) & I am laughing SO HARD I swear I'm going to wake them up from the living room!!! This book had me laughing so hard my stomach hurts!! Liv is FREAKING FUNNY I thought I might pee myself laughing so much (& I'm NOT pregnant)!!
Jaxson is awesome, he's hard working, funny and has a Witch of a mother.... Brianne (good name btw, my daughter's is Breanna) is a solid character. She's a little vulnerable but strong when needed. She's not overly sensitive or a pushover (thank goodness, cause those 2 traits are being used WAY too much lately).
This story was well balanced, had enough angst, but not too much!! seriously that is a hard goal to reach and I applaud the author for hitting that mark so (dare I say) perfectly!?
I foresee a Liv & Connor book soon !! yes! Am I right (*wink* wink*)

K.L. Humphreys and Rachel M. Storm did a great job on this story. One Night was well written and had a great plot. Jaxon and Brianne were great characters. The story had different emotions. Jaxon and Brianne were good for one another. Their connection was strong and the chemistry was sexy. They were great together. But it seems like something is always trying to keep to apart. I suggest reading to find out what happens. It's a great story. I enjoyed it. Thank you, K.L. Humphreys and Rachel M. Storm. Great work :)

I just loved this amazing cute story. Very well written with great realistic storyline and a nice plot.
The characters are strong but they lack in communication. A lot of misunderstandings could have been push away if they would speak up and explain. They are very well described and develops nicely. They feel like they could be your friends or neighbors.
The authors has an amazing use of words and just get caught up from first to last page of this story.
It is an emotional roller coaster where you a lot of times feel the need to scream at the characters or you have tissues flying around in the room. It is overwhelming and so enjoyable.

This is such a great story I loved Jaxon and Brianne I laughed at the fainting part and the satan's nickname there are so many laugh out loud moments I won't name them because I don't want to spoil the story for anyone some characters I wanted to slap hard so many feelings I felt reading this book it's so good we could all do with a friend like Livie this was a roller coaster of a story definitely a great book I would love to have a story about Carson and Livie and a chance to catch up with the family again.i voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.

Brianne’s life couldn’t get worse finding her boyfriend with another woman wrecks her so turns to someone who she shouldn’t her brothers best friend. Little does she know that one night together is gonna change her life and Jaxon’s life forever and bring on events that has the whole town talking. This was a fantastic story that I didn’t want to end. The characters seemed to come to life and I felt like I knew them. I must read book.

For Bri it was the worst night of her life until she met Jaxson at the beach. When she runs away the next day and doesn't return for 6mnths it causes major uproar for the whole town not just Jaxson and Brianne.
My favourite character in this Olivia I love how she sticks up for her friends!

Bri and Jax have one night that changes everything. The chemistry between the two is off the charts. It seems like everyone and their brother does not want Bri and Jax together. How they survived everything shows how strong they are. This book was very well written. It has everything from danger to a bunch of laughter. I love Olivia. She is one of the coolest women. Do not miss this book. I hope and pray that we get to read Carson and Olivia next.

One Night By KL Humphreys & Rachel M. Storm is a great book. Fabulous characters and a fantastic storyline. It was beautifully written and held me captivated throughout. I loved Bri & Jaxon. 100% I recommend everyone to read this book.

this book was so funny i almost peed my pants. she finds her boy friend cheating on her. so she goes to the beach to be alone. only she finds her brothers best friend. so they end up having one night together. now she is back months later with a secret. he wants to make her his own.

This book both broke my heart and made me laugh out loud. To me thats a great combination for a great book.

I absolutely loved One Night, in fact I've actually read it twice.
It's incredibly well written, the plot and characters are brilliant with some excellent one liners that will have you wetting yourself.
I found it really hard to put this book down and read it in one sitting or should I say in "one night".
This is a must read book for 2018 by two authors that are sure to be the next big thing.
If you read just one book this year make it this one.

This is my first book by both authors. I look forward to reading more by the two authors.
Brianne finds out that her boyfriend is cheating she leaves and ends up at the beach where Jaxon her brothers best friend finds her. Jaxon can't believe that he finally got his shot with Brianne but he also knows that maybe now is not the right time so he tells her to take some time, what he didn't expect was for her to leave for six months and then when she does get back he is in for a big surprise. Their relationship was not an easy one but it was worth fighting for.
I loved Liv and I hope Liv and Carson get a book.

I'm just going to list the things that didn't work for me. I apologize for any spoilers. I'll try to keep them to a minimum.
1. I couldn't tell where this book takes place. It seemed like a small town in the US, but certain things happened that made me question that. It seemed like a small town where everyone knows everyone's business, but the mayor was casually offering someone $10 million to marry his daughter. How does he have that much money that that won't be a financial hit to him? The language also made me question where this book takes place. I've never heard any American woman refer to an ultrasound as a scan or diapers as nappies. This book also called a garment a vest but I really think they mean baby onesie.
2. Brianne's best friend Olivia was not likeable. She continuously referred to Brianne's twins as Satan's babies, despite Brianne's numerous requests for her to stop. That really bothered me. Then she suggested Brianne put Tabasco on her nipples to get the babies to stop breastfeeding! Who does that? I think she's supposed to be the comic relief, but I hated her.
3. Speaking of comic relief, I love how the grandmother appeared for one scene and wasn't heard from again. She was so excited to get to meet her great grandchildren, but didn't show up in any scenes after.
4. The drama was way over the top and didn't make sense. That's all I'll say without spoiling it.
5. Run-on sentences abound in this book.

SEXY FUNNY DRAMA TWISTS & TURNS AND ONE ABSOLUTE CANT STOP READING is how i would describe this read.
Wow i cant say how much i FLOVED this read! This book had me totally captivated throughout the whole story, from laugh out loud moments where i snorted out loud to jaw dropping moments that i seriously didn't see coming (and that's hard to do because i tend to preempt whats coming as i read). The drama from a few characters that i swear i wanted to reach through my Kindle to strangle.... and maybe push a certain someone down the stairs...
This book made me feel so many different emotions, Bri was amazing! What a smart, sassy chick that was coping it left right and centre from so many hateful catty delusional women BUT Jax had her back the whole time . Jax was the kind of man you instantly fell in love with and were praying that they would make it out together and have the happiness they deserved.
Olivia is the best friend every girl needs, she had Bri's back at every turn and I laughed out loud at the Officer D#@khead scene... talk about snort!!! And the cafe scene where Jax is told of his possibile father and half sister, OMG #dying!

One Night is full of drama and secrets. I love a good secret and Brianne has a pretty big one.
After finding her fiancee with someone else, she falls in to the arms of her brother's best friend Jaxon hence the title, One Night. Its a night that they both wont' forget in a hurry.
It's so cute and lovely to know that they both feel something for the other but there's never a time when it's right to be together.
The story was great but sometimes i got a little bored and wanted the story to pick up or progress a little faster. They seemed to be some scenes that didn't really need to be there and probably wouldn't effect the story if they weren't there.
Apart from that, it was fun, the characters were great and i loved Jaxon! I'm curious about Carson and Olivia and would love to know more about their story.

This is a new author duo and I think they knocked it out of the park. It’s a pretty straight forward read but it’s chopped full of humor, from Brianne family and best friend. There was steam, but it wasn’t overly erotic and really worked perfect for the characters. There was tons of drama and my mouth was dropped a lot while reading it. So of the humor was so funny I had tears. I want to gush so much about this book because it has a lot of my favorite aspects when it comes to romance novels, but y’all should just experience it for your selves. I really hope we get another book from the secondary characters because I have a filling it would have me on the floor laughing hard. 5 Stars #2OCCJD

Have you ever read a book that it has not only so much love, but there are one or two scenes that will make you laugh? Well this book has a little bit of everything.
Brianne and Jaxon have so much history together and so much love as well. Fate has a way to make their lives follow by drama and mean people, but this two will have to be strong if they come to come victorious.
I found this book very nice written, easy to follow yet at one point didn't see the situation coming and that is what had me hook to it. I was very impressed with the style this two great authors have. Without a doubt I recommend this book.

A fun, crazy romance. Brianne reeling from her boyfriends betrayal has a one night stand with her brothers best friend. This story tells the tale of these two trying to find their way to a happily ever after with a slue of vindictive family members, crazy exes, and meddling friends this book reads like your favorite soap opera.

I was on the edge of my seat reading this, I literally couldn’t guess what was going to happen next!
I adore Jaxon and want to punch Ethan in the balls!
She writes the perfect whore, I wanted to smack her silly!
With its huge WTF moments, this book will make you hold your breath, bite your nails and send the author a ton of abuse! 😂❤️

One Night can change everything in a blink of the eye. In this brother's best friend romance book, I laughed, fell in love with some characters and hated others (every romance has to have a bad girl).
I truly enjoyed how the characters were so well written I felt like they became friends of mine. Real struggles. Real emotions. It felt like this story could have really happened.

Bri and Jax knew each other for a long time, Jax is Bri brother best friend. After Bri catches her dum boyfriend cheating on her, she stumbled upon Jax and everything changed. The question is can One Night be enough and when secrets are revealed the whole town and ex are giving Bri a hard time. You know how those small town gossip are. Lol 😂 the book was very entertaining and I hope we can get on Bri brother and best friend I really love them!!

This was a very messy love story. By messy, I mean that hussy's in a small town do or say anything to get what they want. Life is messy, but I felt I was watching an episode of Jerry Springer through some of this. The comedy side of Olivia was perfectly timed, and had me laughing at her antics. I was pulling for Bri and Jason the whole time, waiting for another shoe to drop, which it did. I really liked this story this story though.

I enjoyed reading Jaxon and Brianne love story. There are funny, sad and crazy moments in this book. Brianne's family are funny and make the book more interesting to read. All the characters including her best friend are fantastic. I wouldn't want to be on the bad side of any of these characters. 😂🤣. I hope there will be a second book with Carter and Olivia.

I enjoyed this book, although I thought some parts of the book dragged a little. I enjoyed the characters, and the book made me laugh a lot. I’d recommend this book.

5 STARS FOR ONE NIGHT!! Wow, this book was amazing and had me laughing and flipping pages. One Night changed everything for Brianne and Jaxon and they have a story to tell you. This is the first book I have read by these authors and it will not be my last. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Ok so first off I loved it cuz the h has almost the same name as me so awesome. the story line is great and well written. When you have loved someone and have one night with them thinking it’s all you will get it’s hard to believe they really want to be with you.
Lovely character development not only on the H and h but the secondary characters.

In life some mistakes are meant to happen, even if they get a push from a cheating boyfriend . I loved this story from start to finish, even though i sometimes wanted to shake the characters...there was plenty of drama , and parts that made me laugh so hard i cried, I'm definitely hoping for more from these two authors
