I'm getting better at self care but there are stretches where I forget. One of my goals this year is to make more time for myself and tend to my mental well being. It can be very easy to forget in this fast paced/crazy world that essentially tells us to keep going going and run around like the Tasmanian Devil..
Once again, Rosie does a wonderful job if expressing herself. It feels like you are sitting in the room with her with apple cider or something while she's telling all the things.
Rosie is a gem 💎 ✨️.
