Interesting and compelling book
The Vision Code: How to Create and Execute a Compelling Vision for your Business is a good read, about leadership and business building. I have read work from this author before, and I really enjoyed it. This book gives a lot of information about visioning the goal, how to create a clear goal and vision it, and creating a list to get what is needed to be successful. This isn't just a typical leadership book, it has different interviews of great corporation leaders, and how they inspire other business leaders with their success, and what the secrets of vision the success can do. It's very engaging, even if you have experience with leadership, you're never too expert to learn. The Vision Code: How to Create and Execute a Compelling Vision for your Business is a definite recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to reading many more stories by this author.

A must read by anyone who wishes to sharpen, probe, articulate their Vision about self/others around/companies/Enterprises,
As Dr Marshall Goldsmith (Only Two Time Thinkers 50 #1Leadership Thinker and #Executive Coach) in the Foreword of the book itself sets off the very essence when he writes: "If you ask 'What can be done better in this book?' the answer is -'Nothing!'
The book has scientific practical tools and hours of invested wisdom, gathered through collective insights of various Top Leaders coupled with the profound wisdom of Dr Oleg, for anyone who is willing to invest that time and has the maturity to understand something as serious as Vision.
This book is not for frivolous readers, as Dr Oleg mentioned in the book at the start- "Someone who has never been exposed to classical music will not appreciate a Symphony. For him or her, Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata isn't something beautiful but annoying and depressing."

Very enjoyable and enlightening
This book addresses the intersection of vision, strategy, execution, and consciousness better than any other I have found or read yet. It goes deep at times into the characteristics of vision, which I find useful. I see parallels to the discussion on leadership with 2nd tier integral thinking. I expect to refer back to this book for years to come.

Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others. Just as your eyes serve you a vision through which one can perform all the necessary activities on a day to day basis. It's true that one can survive without a vision but one cannot live without one.
As the same, vision serves as a rightful path through which one can execute their desired goals. Change the vision and the whole sight will change.

Many leadership books have been written, but this one stands out as a timeless gem. Dr. Oleg's wisdom combined with dozens of interviews with successful leaders along with a practical framework makes this book truly outstanding. Vision is no longer a fluffy abstract concept, Dr. Oleg makes it tangible, actionable and compelling. Highly recommended for everyone who is serious about vision - which we all should be!

As a Vision and Leadership Coach, this book has changed my view on Vision. It is a very useful tool for a coach to use in helping my clients to create compelling visions for themselves and their businesses.

If the author replaced the word ”Vision" at the start of each sentence with a blank, half of the book would be gone.
