A Billionaire Rudeboy Put It On Me

Rate this book
She’s the woman he’s willing to change his life for. He’s the one she can’t risk letting get too close. Derek Pringle doesn’t accept a thing less than impeccability in all areas of his life. He’s a man with it all. Except one thing. A long term commitment from his secretive one night stand. No matter how much he tries to win her over, her guarded heart means she’s completely off-limits. Nyima Collins moved to a new city with the hope of starting a new life, until her accidental encounter with Derek in a greasy spoon diner. Initially enthralled by his shrewd, boss attitude, she envisions herself at his side and constantly in his bed. But no matter how good the d*** is or how easily he pulls her into his world, they’re still from opposite worlds of privilege and class. Nyima might be the woman Derek has his heart set on but beneath his intimidating facade is a hurt man who despite his financial status, is on a mission to get what he wants. And when his mission collides with her past, it may be reason she wished a billionaire rude boy never put it on her.

Good Read

I'm a bit confused and don't know how I feel about this standalone. Even though, it was full of twist and turns that kept me wondering. And I liked the friendship/brotherhood between Derek and August. Nyima, was definitely psycho crazy, but her past caught up with her. Even though, the epilogue was great, its still as if I needed something.

Not your typical billionaire story. I like the billionaire stories for the fairytale and HEA. This was none of that. Lots of triggers and violence. Definitely not a feel good story. The title is a little deceiving and honestly I don't see how it has anything to do with all the happenings in this book. I guess it wasn't bad, but not at all what I was looking for or expected.

A billionaire

Damn I wasn’t expecting those turn of events Derek wasn’t shit if u think about August told him to look into her but he didn’t. So why did he blame August like he said he was in love with her. And he killed two of the friends for what. It’s a good read for sure u will never see it coming
