This is contemporary fiction with an amazing blend of different genres in it. The book focuses on the character named Ayesha mainly and her companions in a new city.

Ayesha is an ordinary girl who has shifted to a new city with her parents. She dreams to graduate from a reputed college and has goals to achieve in her life. Everything is going smoothly and fortunately, she finds Viren who helps her to settle down in the new city. Both started spending time together and she finds a good companion in him. Just when she thought she will be leading a happy and peaceful life in the new place, things in college gets her tense.

Life isn’t always the way we plan and similarly, life had its plan for our protagonist too.

Our protagonist meets a new person in her college. His name is Abhi and he is her senior, thus he holds supremacy over our protagonist. He is giving her a hard time in college but will our protagonist bend before him?

The plot mainly focuses on the development of the lead characters and their relationship with the other leading characters in the plot. The book is being layered nicely with contemporary romance fiction. It is a thin and tiny book yet it satisfies the readers’ heart. The contrasting characters involved in the plot kept me hooked till the end because they are well portrayed and each has been given sufficient scope to contribute to the plot.

The author has written down a soothing story as it isn’t fancy yet the elements present in the book keep the readers engaged till the very end of it. The language used is lucid. The narration of the book is kept simple and easy making it a comfortable read for all the readers.

Love (try) angle by Manali Desai is a wonderful story about the three main characters presented in it. The cover and design of the book attracted me and I bought it right along.

The story is all about a young girl Ayesha who shift to Mumbai the dream City of India with her parents. There she meets with Viren who lives in the same building where Ayesha lives. He shows her Mumbai, to make her comfortable in a new city and they became good friends.
Ayesha is pursuing a BA (Hons.) Political science from Mithibai college. There she meet with his senior Abhi who was not a good guy. He was making many difficulties for Ayesha on campus.

Just she was getting used to it then Viren joins the college as a lecturer. There was soo many questions that started to arise that who will she choose? Viren or Abhi. Which made the story more and more interesting.

The writer has given their best to portray the story very cleanly. The language of the story was good to read even though there were some parts where I felt the story is leaving its path and going a little bit fast. Either way, the story was quite a good experience for me and it was enjoyable. There was so many points that hit me hard and made it more interesting. I'm not gonna give any spoilers to you.

I will love to suggest it once. I'm sure you will like it. The story is good.

Happy reading 😊

Love ( Try) Angle , ok ok I know what you have in your mind. Even I picked up this book because of its title. The author's idea to keep this title is worth appreciating, readers get the pre idea before reading this book.

This book revolves around the girl Ayesha who just moved to the city of dreams: Mumbai, she find everything fast paced and unpredictable. Coming from a small city, Mumbai is definitely a place which will shape one's personality. Viren is her neighbour who shows her the ropes and guides her around the new city. On other hand, Ayesha meets Abhi, her college senior in a very dramatic way where they get off on the wrong foot. Now what happens next.. I'm certainly not gonna put a fullstop on your excitement ✨.

One thing which I enjoyed the most is a very different way of telling the story of these three guys.Love (Try) Angle unfolds in front of us in the form of a journal or diary entries. Each character talks about what happened with their point of view.

I am sure you definitely want to ‘try’ this humorous and crisp, young adult novel in which the journey is about trying and exploring, then let it be a place called Mumbai or a feeling called Love.

Try until you succeed in romance ❤️

"Try, try, until you succeed!" - Abhi, Viren, and Ayesha.

The best part about reading a love triangle is the consistent mystery surrounding the question, 'Who will end up with whom?' And Manali Desai's latest offering does absolute justice to this. Throughout the book, I kept wondering whom will Ayesha settle with?

Manali's writing is lucid and light hearted. Some of her scenes come alive, thanks to the vivid descriptions and musical references. Her characters are unique and have strong aspirations along with deep inner conflicts that she beautifully narrates using the alternative voices.

What I most liked about this book is it's unique chapter structure and style. Every chapter begins with a quote by one of the characters, giving us a deeper insight into them and thereby setting the tone for the upcoming scenes. And every chapter ends with a cute visual icon that summarizes the main events for the reader.

All in all, this is a good read if you're looking for a fun quick romance.

Love (try) angle by Manali Desai is a story of love and its confusion.
Ayesha shifted city of dreams to Mumbai to pursue her graduation. She is so excited for her new beginning but also struggling to fit into the fast life of the city. Viren who stays in the same locality as Ayesha helped her to find stability. She is happy and thrilled about her college life, but her senior Abhi gives her a hard time and turns her happy moments into dull moments. Now the story begins. To find out how these three protagonists' paths crossed each other grab your copy.
This is a well-written story. I like the fact that it is not too long, but nothing is left out of it. the story is concise but full of all the necessary information you need to draw your conclusion. This is a good book with well-crafted characters especially the character of Ayesha. Overall, this is a short and sweet read which will attract young readers.

Ayesha Banerjee moves to Mumbai for her studies along with her parents. She meets Viren Josh and Abhi Agarwal there. Viren is her neighbour and soon they both became friends. Viren is ambitious and preparing for UPSC exam. Ayesha gets to know about the new place with the help of Viren. Viren is humble and a polite person who lives with his family in the same apartment.
Ayesha meets Abhi at the railway station, but that was little bit messy. While enrolling in college she came to know that Abhi is her senior. They both didn't have a super cool friendship. Abhi is a charming and bossy person always annoying Ayeesha.
Ayeesha and Gayatri are the best friends in college. Gayatri's brother and Abhi are best friends. So at times they form a gala gang and have fun. Ayeesha has a soft corner for both Abhi and Viren, but she doesn't know whether it's love or not. That triangle runs between them throughout the story.
Though Ayesha is topper and a talented person she was stuck in the emotions of love. She gets confused between both guys. Actually when this happens, the author has beautifully shown the feelings and dilemma of college students.

This read was very compelling for me because I felt nostalgic when college scenario was shown in the plot. The character portrayal was amazingly carried out by author. The book is easy to read, short but engaging. The gossips and chats between friends was shown very realistically. The author has used colloquial language here and there, keeping the reader alive. This book is blend of love, friendship, family bonds and is rejoiced with fun in middle. It was a refreshing read for me. I would recommend this book to readers seeking for a fun read. It's definitely a happy to read book.

The book unfolds an intriguing love triangle of the protagonists Ayesha - a college student, Viren- her charming friend and Abhi - her lecturer with peculiar characterisation and observant narrations which would definitely keep the reader engrossed till the pages are wholly owned by the thoughts of love, separation, relationship with a hint of suspense.⁣

It's never too late for the truth of love to take over the minds of eternal connections and time as a restriction could not force the love to lose.

But, the depiction of is not sometimes what is expected out of it, rather it works in a unique substantial stance which is undoubtedly portrayed by the plot of this work.

Apart from editorial and aesthetical aspects, the plot is justified in its own essence. ⁣
This love story is recommended for those who would appreciate simple romance with a unique perspective especially with an intriguing and unaltered twist of fantasy.

This is a perfect book for romance lovers, u will love Ayesha. Manali has poetryed Ayesha well. The many incidents potrayed in the stories were relatable. The Mumbai life of the protagonists were natural as well as enjoyable.
The book is not boring, and it is not discussing any grave serious matters nor there is any deep things. This is good for time killing.

An interesting mixture of romance and drama. The story evolves around a variety of emotions right from friendship and love-triangle. I can say, the core of all love triangles is confusion. It was a plain, simple, happy love story. I loved the quotes at the beginning of each chapter. They were deep and meaningful. The ending sure made a bit of a difference. The language is very friendly, infact, engaging.

The positives in the book is its flowing narration covering each character's points without repeating what had already transpired. The ending was quite different from what you expect.I liked Ayesha's character. She is strong, intelligent, and confident. Other characters were also enjoyable. Loved the details of every character in the story especially Ayesha. The chemistry between Ayesha and Abhi was written in a creative manner. Also, can’t ignore the romance between Viren and Ayesha, well worded. Nicely scripted with good choice of words.

The further content is quite interesting, as Viren and Abhi both liked Ayesha. But, she was confused about her feelings. Whom will she choose? An end will be happy for all or not? End of the story reveals all the secrets.
I'm sure, the people who're too much into love stories and romance, would love it much more than I did. Read the book to know who gets the girl!!

The book "Love (Try) Angle" by Manali Desai depicts the story of a young lady who is indecisive about love. The book also showcases major turn of events in her life and how she deals with them.

The book's storyline follows the tale of an ambitious girl Ayesha who comes to Mumbai. She becomes friends with Viren, who helps her settle in this new city. She is very excited as she is following her ambition of studying Political Science in a reputed university. However, one of the student Abhi, her senior is malicious and is making her life difficult. Then, one of her close acquaintance enters the university as an ad-hoc lecturer. Who is that close acquaintance? How will the story of all these three people proceed? Will there be a love triangle or love (try) angle? Read this book to find out.

The writing style of the book is strikingly impressive. There are many twists and turns in the narrative which will keep you at the edge of your seat. I liked Ayesha's character, she is depicted as a strong independent woman. All the other characters in the book are well sketched and much thought has been put into them. However, many familiar tropes of the rom-com genre have been applied in this novel too and the book could have been edited better. It is a fast-paced read of 186 pages. Many meaningful quotes have been employed at the beginning of each chapter. This gives the book an aesthetic look. I really liked the book cover and title as it conveys the tone of the book. The narration is on point and the way the story is being told is just impressive. However, the ending was abrupt and it could have been made more interesting. Readers who are interested in this genre should definitely check out this book. An engrossing read!

The story is about three characters, Ayesha, Viren and Abhi. The book is a love triangle story.

Ayesha has moved to Mumbai to pursue her college studies. Here, both the male characters met her on her first day. Abhi, at the railway station and Viren, at the apartment they stay in. Both male leads are captivated by Ayesha’s beauty and are attracted to her.

Abhi is her senior at the college and he is hostile to her as he does not how to act with a girl around him. So Ayesha dislikes him though she is attracted to him.

Viren helps Ayesha settle in Mumbai by showing her around the transportation, good places to eat etc., They develop a good friendship but Viren is jealous of the attraction between Abhi and Ayesha. He also joins as their lecturer in the college. So the plot of the entire book is “Who will Ayesha choose? Abhi or Viren.”

This is a classic love triangle story. The book is geared to be a breezy read and something that you can just relax with. The POV changes between the three main leads with one for each chapter. The timeline does kind of overlap in some instances as the character tells their POV for a certain situation in the book.

The book is completely set in Mumbai.
Viren and Ayesha’s friendship did develop when he showed her around so I think the city does play a role in the book.

The book is good. It’s a breezy read. It is set in the YA genre and is geared towards teenage and college-going students. Also, I liked the poem that Ayesha told on the first day of college because I loved the reaction it got out of Abhi.

Overall a good book. Easy language, sentence formation and to the point.

A perfect love triangle

'A love triangle is like a relay race where the person in the middle deliberately delays, the passing of the baton.' I can say, the core of all love triangles is confusion. Confusion to be unable to understand ones who choices and decisions. Love(Try)Angle by Manali Desai is a story of Ayesha, Viren and Abhi.

Ayesha is a strong character of the story. Story begins with the praise of Ayesha, as she won a state level Debate Championship. And she delivered her speech beautifully with a poem. The story goes on with her, she moved to the 'city of dreams', Mumbai with her parents for the further study. She met Viren over there. He was her neighbor who helped her in many ways.

Ayesha was doing a Bechlor of Arts in Political Science from a reputed college in Mumbai. She met Abhi, her senior in college. Who made Ayesha's campus life difficult. As he was liking her, but didn't confess his feelings in front of Ayesha.

On the other side, Ayesha's neighbour Viren joined the same college as a lecturer. The situation was fair enough for Ayesha after seeing Viren over there.

The further content is quite interesting, as Viren and Abhi both liked Ayesha. But, she was confused about her feelings. Whom will she choose? An end will be happy for all or not? End of the story reveals all the secrets.

Story is well expressed with good characters and easy language. Every chapter begins with a beautiful quote which makes it more attractive. Recommended to all.

The story is about three main characters Ayesha Banerjee, Viren Joshi and Abhi Agarwal in the City of Dreams, Mumbai.

Ayesha a bubbly, energetic and confident girl lands in Mumbai with her family to begin her college life.

Viren is a sober young 20's youngster preparing for UPSC examinations.

Abhi is a rich handsome hunk with a hyperactive character but down to earth lifestyle.

Ayesha has a friendly start with Viren but with Abhi, it's always (two times) a fight. With time and with journey what changes and what forms becomes a fascinating story. First love is special for all because it is the emotion with lots of excitement and confusion, we ask to make lots of mistakes with other choices and decisions in first love; it's not easy to script a tale of first love with a cool touch of comedy but the author has done it brilliantly in that shade. Their time in Mumbai forms a beautiful canvas of love and friendship.

The author has narrated a lively tale with the innocence of friendship, immaturity of first love and matured decision making of life. There are a cool bit of characters but my favourite will be Gayu, she is a beautiful open book.

I enjoyed the scenes of the Kulkarni siblings because I could connect with them, all thanks to my little brother who is as cool as crazy as Sharad. All in all, this is an enjoyable read of my tiring day.

Love try angle is a light hearted college romance with cute Bollywood style encounters in a realistic Mumbai setting.

Ayesha has just moved to Mumbai with her parents and is about to start her first year of college. She doesn't have any friends in the city and finds comfort in the company of her neighbour Viren. However, fate keeps making her bump into Abhi whose hot and cold behaviour leaves her confused. Will Ayesha find her happily ever after with Viren or Abhi?

Love try angle is a story of friendship and young love. It reminded me about how confusing your feelings can be in college. The writing style is lucid and the intermittent Bollywood references are cute. It is a fun light read about college life. I guess young college going students and people who went to college in Mumbai are especially likely to relate to it. Even though it is a love triangle, I liked how neither of the guys was deliberately shown in a bad light to make the choice obvious for the girl.
The book had a realistic ending, which I appreciate, but given the way the story was flowing in the first part, I would have expected more drama or maybe more elaboration about the struggle of making choices towards the end.

Love( Try) Angle by Manali Desai
Ayesha moves to a new city, where she meets Viren and they have this instant connection end up becoming friends, meanwhile when Ayesha joins her college, she meets Abhi a senior who drives her insane, but it's something more than freneimity.
When Viren joins her college as professor, she is tangled in a love triangle or so it seems.

This book made me grin and swoon, it had a charming humour throughout along with the drama making it a breezy read.
I love the comfort, connection and romantic tension between Viren and Ayesha right from the start.
A the same time, the banter between Ayesha and Abhi was so good, their relationship dynamic was intriguing.

What stood out for me was the poems and stories by Ayesha she is so talented I loved everytime she expressed herself on stage, although being a naive young girl but when it comes to her goal her ambition, she was a Brilliant.

Overall I had a good time 🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars for this cute love try angle.

Title - Love (Try) Angle
Author - Manali Desai
Pages - 207
Rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟/5

As the title suggests, it's a love triangle between Ayesha, Viren, and Abhi, but with a twist. And the ending is the twist. I fell in love with the ending because it wasn't some typical ending. You need to read the book to know.
I enjoyed the quotes at the beginning of each chapter.
Writing is simple, narration well-crafted and the story is weaved with twists and turns.
I could understand the dilemma of a young Ayesha and her attraction and infatuation for the male protagonists. I enjoyed the friendship Ayesha and Viren shared, their morning walks, and how their friendship grew.
Overall, a sweet family story that speaks about friendship, love, attraction.

A quick quirky read

Rom-com movies are my secret indulgences. From Pretty Woman to Notting Hill, I unwind my stress through them. Rom-com books, not so much. Especially not any by an Indian author. Indian romance is too much masala even for me. Blame it on the overdose of Bollywood movies with their thumkas and over the top scenes. Hold on; I know what you are thinking, that this is going to be a tirade on something that I dislike. Well, just read on.
The first reason I even started the book in the first place was that it was a novella. As you might have guessed, I have no patience for a full-length romance novel. The second reason was the blurb that promised quirky characters and a comedic entanglement. I was sceptical that the author could fit the story into a novella that is just short of 150 pages. Boy, was I in for a surprise!
We are introduced to Ayesha, the story's female protagonist and then Viren and Abhi, respectively. What cracked me up was "legs". I honestly burst out laughing. Then I rolled my eyes and continued reading, like Pft, Boys! Readers, you will need to grab the book to know what I am talking about.
From there follows a surprisingly beautiful story that makes you laugh and be awed at the same time. And what's an Indian Romance without a few sappy scenes and cheesy lines? The main highlight of the book was definitely the characters. Each had distinct personalities, and the way they interacted makes you want to read more. With short chapters and offbeat titles, the novella packs more than meets the eye.
I am rating the book as five stars. The main reason is that it has made me more receptive to Indian rom-com reads, and I am definitely willing to try out more. The other rather apparent reason is I enjoyed it. And isn't that what we are after? Fun and Enjoyment!

Mumbai is a very busy city live in. Outsiders usually seem to be astonished by the city lights, also face some problems to adjust. So now Ayesha Banerjee who loves to write, is all set to begin her life in the city of dreams with her parents. She is a college girl, opting for B.A. hons in political science, but little does she know about the future plans awaiting for her.
Viren Joshi who is resident in the same society as of Ayesha, is an ambitious, and a chivalrous personality. Also a focused personality as he is an aspiring UPSC student, and doesn't really find the need to go outside and chill (until he meets ayesha!).
Abhi Agarwal seems to be chocolate boy, a handsome personality rather. Mature, ambitious and focused is what Abhi is. He is also a senior in the same college as of Ayesha and has the same study course.
Abhi and Viren are connected to each other via Ayesha, and doesn't really like each other. The whole scenario is about these three protagonists finding their ways to succeed in life and balancing between their LOVE TRY ANGLE. Ayesha and Viren's first meet gets a bit embarrassing for Ayesha, but little do they know about destiny's plans for them. Also Abhi and Ayesha cross their ways in the college, when Ayesha finds it difficult to find the admission window. But this meet is a bit annoying for Ayesha, and now the two seem to be enemies. Do they find their true love or end up being separated is to be known.
The book is a nice ROMCOM and a short read, will recommend if you are all tired of some heavy fantasy books.

Love try Angle written by Manali Desai is a rom-com set around the lives of  Ayesha, Viren and Abhi. The story is all about love, friendship and masti.

Ayesha Banerjee, a courageous girl moves to Mumbai with her family.  With her ambitious nature, she is all bound to face any challenges thrown in her way but life has something else planned for her. Viren Joshi, a hardworking boy is preparing for his civil examination without any distraction. His tight schedule changes completely when the Banerjee's moved next door. Viren helps Ayesha around the city. Abhi Agarwal is the college's heartthrob and is hell-bent on making Ayesha's life on campus horrible. Just when things couldn't get any better, Viren joined as a lecturer in their college. Just like the title Ayesha doesn't want to get stuck in a love (try) angle.

Who would Ayesha choose? Is it even love or just a crush?

The narrative is sweet and breezy. The writing style is simple and alluring. A simple college life journey with ups and downs of its own. Each character has their own importance. I loved Ayesha's fierce and courageous nature. I could connect with her on many levels. Every girl out there has an Ayesha in her.  A small read that keeps you engaged till the end. Another thing that I loved was that each chapter begins with a quote by the character.

A sweet rom-com that would leave a smile on your face. I completely enjoyed reading about Ayesha and her friends.

4.5 stars

The story revolves around three main characters who are Ayesha, Viren and Abhi. Each chapter is a narration of the events going on in the life of one of the characters. Ayesha has moved to Mumbai with her parents where she pursues B.A. (Hons.) Political Science from Mithibai College. Viren, a UPSC aspirant is her neighbour whom she befriends and he helps her explore around the city of Mumbai. Abhi is Ayesa’s senior at Mithibai College. During their first few interactions, Ayesha starts hating him, but as time passes they interact more with each other and become friends. Both, Viren and Abhi develop a crush on Ayesha and she also is attracted to both of them, but things get complicated when Viren joins her college as an Ad-Hoc lecturer.

The story is well-written with good character development and well expressed emotions and feelings of the characters. The chapters are structured in a beautiful and unique way i.e. each chapter starts with a deep and insightful quote by one of the main characters and ends with a doodle complementing the story of the chapter. This was the thing that impressed me most about the book. Also, there is Bollywood masala and humour to spice up the story.

However, the ending felt a little abrupt to me.

The language is easy and beginner friendly with a simple writing style.

Overall, it was a light and fun read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend all romance lovers to definitely pick this book up and if someone wants to start reading this genre, it would be a great book to start with.

I got a review copy of the book from the author in exchange of an honest and unbiased review.

Book: Love(try)Angle
Author: Manali Desai

- [ ] It's the story of Ayesha who's moved to the city of dreams, Mumbai, to pursue her higher studies where she meets Viren, a UPSC aspirant, and Abhi, her senior in college.
- [ ] With her looks and confidence, it was difficult for Viren and Abhi to overlook Ayesha. Ayesha has 2 new men in her life. On one hand, Viren is a polite, civil, friendly(at times weird) guy. On the other hand, Abhi came across as arrogant and judgemental.
- [ ] The book takes us through the journey of Ayesha, Viren and Abhi. From chance encounters to initial discord and from first casual meet to heart-fluttering moments.
Who will Ayesha choose? How will this love(try) angle turnout? Read the book to find out😊

“Tried and failed is overrated. Sometimes letting things be is a wiser step”

“They talk about growing up but nobody prepares you for the responsibilities”

This is Manali's debut novel and it's a damn good one I must say. It was a refreshing and light read. Manali managed to tell the story beautifully from all the 3 viewpoints. Characters, situations, setups were aptly portrayed. Being a die-hard Mumbai fan, it was a treat to visualise the beautiful city through her writing. Another thing that I adored was the quotes at the beginning of each chapter. The only thing that didn't work for me was that the reading was rather simple. No plot twists, dramatic heartbreaks. Pardon me for sounding so Bollywoodish!😜

Heartfelt story that resonates strongly

My Rating: 4.8/5
This debut novel by the author is sure to warm the hearts of the readers and will keep you hooked till the end. With a strong story plot, Manali manages efficiently to weave a strong plot and touch the heart through her characters that are Abhi, Viren and Ayesha.

What I liked about the book:
✓ The characters are built up very strong and have their own uniqueness.
✓The attention to detail is impeccable making it easy to visualise the scenes vividly.
✓The intrigue and mystery factor remains intact till the very end and is a great plus point. It adds as a factor to keep flipping the pages of the book.
✓The beginning of each chapters with quotes touched me and so did the very cleverly put icons at the end of the chapters which have a great symmetry with the rythm of the story.

What I didn't like about the book:
✓ The story is do gripping that the readers will only want more. Maybe a sequel of the book can be planned.

Quotes:
~ Learning from your mistakes and getting inspired from others success is the way to the growth.

~ Moving on sometimes takes just tiny moment of clarity.

A must read for anyone who enjoys romance genre.

The writing is easy, smooth and gripping, on top of that the author has added her fun element to it. The story begins with a poem about female infanticide and ends with a poem on women empowerment which was very enthralling and captivated my curiosity. There are a few sequences of flashback and at the beginning of each chapter, there are small quotes that give the reader an insight into what's gonna happen next. The ending was quite unexpected to me which added to my excitement. All three main characters are depicted to be perfect whether it came to looks or academics which kinda displeased me and was less realistic. Overall a great fun read, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Love (Try) Angle by Manali Desai is the story of Ayesha, Viren, and Abhi. Ayesha has just moved to Mumbai with her parents. Viren who lives in the same building as Ayesha, helps her get settled in Mumbai.

Ayesha is pursuing a B.A (Hons.) Political Science from Mithibai college. But things are not going as she wants just because of her senior Abhi. He is making her life on campus difficult.

But just as things were going normally, Viren joins their college as a lecturer. Is there something more to Ayesha's friendship with Viren and Abhi? Who will she choose?

The cover is simple and the title is apt for the story.

The language used by the author in this book is simple and easy to understand.

I liked Ayesha's character. She is strong, intelligent, and confident. Other characters were also enjoyable.

Also, the author has described Mumbai in a very beautiful way.

I loved the quotes at the beginning of each chapter. They were deep and meaningful.

It was a simple straightforward Love story but some parts were too cheesy or cliché.

I didn't like the ending, it felt too abrupt. It could have been better.

Love (try) Angle

As the name suggests this book is about a love triangle involving three protagonists. But let me break it you there is a fourth angle too ( and a very beautiful one at that). The fourth angle is played by none other than the maximum city of India- Aamchi Mumbai.

As Viren -a charming UPSC aspirant, woos Ayesha Banerjee, a fiery femme fatale who's newly migrated to Mumbai he takes her to the best and most popular street food joints.( No I'm not revealing those places here, go read the book if you must know) Also the tips on how to catch a local is perfectly on point and brings back so many memories to a person not originally from Mumbai . Ayesha's dilemma as she's torn between her 2 suitors Abhi and viren is nicely portrayed.

This is the author's first foray in the long form way of writing and she passes with flying colours!! Absolutely loved the ending because the best man does win (according to me 😉)

Love (Try) Angle by Manali Desai
18-year-old Ayesha Banerjee gets noticed onstage, not only for her hourglass figure and never-ending legs, but her eloquent stories which move people.
Viren Joshi, a charmer with a wry humour, bowls her over initially. Meeting the dapper Abhi Agarwal sets off fireworks as he annoys yet captivates her with his arrogance. However, both men keep her off balance with their changing attitudes.
As Ayesha has a knack for attracting drama, there is never a dull moment in the story. Her fiery nature is irresistible, and the love triangle intriguing. Till the last page, the reader cannot guess who holds the key to her heart.
Manali Desai does justice to all three protagonists, even as she fleshes out the minor characters too. As the characters grow and mature over amusing moments in college, the plot plummets towards a finish that enthralls, justifying the book’s title.
