Warning! These three heroes will melt your e-reader and capture your heart! You will laugh, swoon and fan yourself.

Only With You
I’m known for being sharp, astute, and never taking no for an answer. At home, though, I’m fumbling my way through raising my two nieces and saying yes to far too many bowls of ice cream. If only I wasn’t so distracted by the woman across from my new office. Running a booming fragrance business gives Valentina Connor a great excuse to avoid dating. But I see right through her. I’m not going to be another bad decision.
I'd move mountains to make her happy, but with Val's career soaring, how can I ask her to commit to the chaos of my life?

Fighting For You
I have a lot of titles. Sexiest Soccer Player. Top-Scoring Athlete. America’s Favorite Party Boy. But I’m sick of Jace Connor being what other people expect. Starting with the last one, I’m ready to earn some new nicknames.
So I absolutely, positively, can’t go anywhere near my coach’s daughter.
Brooke Darringer.
She couldn’t be more off-limits, especially as she tries to prove she wasn’t hired for her name.
I truly want to stay on the straight-and-narrow, but it isn’t just her sexy-as-sin body that’s tempting me. Brooke is trying her best to keep things strictly professional, but all these late-night gym sessions and covert dinners might just convince her I’m finally done playing.

Always With You
My LA hotel empire is public, but my private life as plain old Reid Davenport stays that way. Right up until it doesn’t, and the tabloids threaten not just my privacy, but that of my family. I’d do anything to protect them from the limelight.
But must it involve Hailey, the fiery PR consultant I can’t stop fantasizing about?
Hailey Connor keeps warning me she won’t take on an uncooperative client. So why is she so compelled to help me? Maybe it’s something about how her face softens when I talk about my family. Maybe it’s because she genuinely wants to help.
Or maybe it’s my brooding demeanor that causes her to melt so fast when I kiss her.
Even though I’m constantly infuriated by this little spitfire, every time she smiles, I can’t help wanting to pull her close and not let go.
I think Hailey is starting to fall for me, despite being my polar opposite. But when our worlds collide, can I convince her we’re a perfect match?

Welcome! My name is Layla Hagen and I am a Contemporary Romance author.

I fell in love with books when I was nine years old, and my love affair with stories continues even now, many years later.

I write romantic stories and can’t wait to share them with the world.

And I drink coffee. Lots of it, in case the photo didn’t make it obvious enough ;)

Only With You - An instant attraction happens when Carter and Val meet in line at the coffee shop. They have more than just sparks in common. Val has helped raise her 4 younger siblings and Carter is raising his two nieces. But can two people who have a lot on their plate make time for one another? Or do they find themselves always helping the other and not giving themselves time? With wonderful characters and a storyline that had me hooked from the opening pages, Layla Hagen once again brings romance, family dynamics and honesty ti her readers. I love the Connor Family and cannot wait for more in this series. These books are heart filled romance at its best.

Fighting For you - Finally Jace's story. I have loved this soccer player form the first book in the series and I am so happy to read this. Jace and Brooke have an instant attraction that they have to hide from due to their roles on the soccer team, but sometimes passion cannot be denied. But what do you do when falling in love creates problems at work? Can you really be taken seriously when you are shagging the best player on the team? Once again Layla Hagen creates characters you cannot help but fall in love with and a storyline that once you start you cannot put it down. The Connor Family Series is one of my favorites and I waiting for the last one will be a love/hate scenario. Love to read more about them but hate that the series will be complete.

Always with you - Hailey Connor has made a name for herself as a hard as nails Hollywood PR rep. Taking on a new client, Reid, comes with an unusual set of rules as he is is not Hollywood but has made his fortune in hotels. Can you work closely with someone and not have the sparks fly? When the relationship is publicized will it be the end of Hailey's career? Can two people from different worlds fall in love and get a HEA? Once again Layla Hagen creates beautifully written characters and surrounds them with a storyline the reader cannot put down. Each Connor has found love and I am so glad that Hailey has gotten her chance too.

I love Layla Hagen’s books, here are my reviews for the books in this set

Only with You

For three books I've been wondering who would capture Valentina's heart. She and Landon grew up in the wake of their parents' untimely deaths and raised the rest of the Connor clan. She's watched as her siblings found love, while never finding her man.

Until now.

Carter too has seen life. He's raising his nieces while growing his business. An accident of fate brings them together.

I love Hagen's books, I've read almost all of them. This is one of the best. It's not as dramatic as some of the plots I read, but it is deep. These characters are rich, they are people who have loved and lost, who have taken up responsibilities, who are both confident and cautious. We watch them as they develop not as individuals so much, but as people finding their way through relationships. I don't read many books in one sitting, but this was a must with this one. It was a good way to have a late night.

Fighting For You

Jace is the soccer star in the Connor family. He's also been the player, although recently he decided that he wanted a change away from that lifestyle. Enter Brooke. She's the new PR person at the Lords. Also, the coach's daughter determined to prove that she's more than her father's child.

So you can see the dynamic here. Two decent people trying to figure out how to move forward but in such a way that preserves their integrity.

I love Layla Hagen's books, they are sweet heartfelt tales with characters that you are rooting for. This one is no different, but interestingly I felt a few times that the story was going a little too fast. Sometimes I wanted her to pause and take time with the character working through their thoughts a bit more. So in the end, this is all the good stuff, but I could have had more of that magic, so 4.5 for me.

Always With You

I like the large family dynamic, the interplay between the siblings and then how that grows to include the characters that they fall in love with.

So the sixth, and final (nooooooo) book in any series is where this really comes into force. We leave this series with children, some old enough to be part players, and lots of people. Hagen manages to tell a story about the two central characters while bringing us back together with old loves.

In this case, we have the tightly-wound control-oriented Reid and Hailey, the one remaining single Connor who is scared to commit. Their personality traits set up the dynamic of will they won't they because their mutual attraction is challenged by their reasons to stay remote, to not fall in love.

How will it end? A HEA of course. But how do they get there, this is the Hagen magic. A tender central love story told in the context of a supporting cast who help our main love interests find their way to each other.

And so we say goodbye to the Connors. When we said goodbye to the Bennetts (the Connor family cousins, we had a glimmer of where Hagen was going...) this time what next is a mystery. Bring it on I say, I love these sweet, sexy, and full of people reads.

Well, I am becoming rather addicted to the Connor family. This fourth installment of the standalones is compelling and captivating.

Val, the oldest of the Connor siblings has been unlucky in love. This has made her weary of giving her heart easily.

Carter is a successful lawyer who dedicates all his apare time to his two orphan nieces. He works hard, plays hard and loves with all of his heart.

On their first chance encounter. Carter and Val oggle each other discreetly and an incident forces them towards each other. They seem to enjoy one another's company and having coffee together becomes the norm for them. They are both hesitant as they have had their fair share of disappointments in their love life, even when the chemistry between them is undeniable. When Val meets Carter's nieces, she is pleasantly surprised on how he treats them and he is impressed at Val's behaviour towards them. They all get on well together until doubts set in. Will they trust each other enough and embark on what could be a beautiful relationship?

I was completely invested in this love story. Carter is a real darling and Val gives it her all. There is a bit of a scare towards the end of the story, but it's a beautiful romance which is nicely portrayed. I adore all the characters and I look forward to reading more of the Connor Family.

I was kindly issued with an eARC and the views expressed are my personal opinion.
