Good Information; Too Many Zombies
I’m not a zombie fan, and didn’t see how the zombies really added much, other than more words and fluff. For a guy who counts words, he didn’t count them enough when it came to the zombies.
That said, the book provided a good overview of the material that it did cover. It was especially useful as to selectors. I just wish there had been MORE material, and maybe fewer zombies.
I did spontaneously come up with one zombie joke of my own, while reading about styling links. I sent it to the author (who has my permission to use it, should he ever want to). When remembering the order of styling the a pseudos, you go 1) link, 2) visited, 3) focus, 4) hover, and 5) active. The mnemonic is “Las Vegas - Found Her Alive!” The zombies lose again.
Now I added to the already-too-heavy mix of zombie CSS.
So, next version? More info; fewer zombies.
