Erin and Alex are just the cutest couple. Everything they do is to make sure the other is happy. I like how they play out Alex’s fantasies. My heart nearly stopped in the last chapters but I recovered. I loved this book and can’t wait to read book 3.
I loved this series. Erin as the bodyguard to Alexandra the Princess was a great storyline. The first book was excellent and hot and ended with the ultimate love story ending. This book is just as exciting and hot and this storyline was just as good. Here you have Alexandra becoming a spokesperson for LBGTQ+ youth community and Erin, thanks to her partner, gets back into the equestrian life with her new horse Shimmer. With a threat on her life, Alex still is trying to keep her speaking engagements going but with Erin close by and her security, she still is in quiet fear. You can feel the love these two have for each other and that is due to Margaux Fox writing. The ending for this book is just as good and exciting, which leads to book three. Looking forward to it!
Okay again! Alexandra's going to be queen and she will have Erin as her girlfriend; out, open and proud. Supporting LGBTQ+ youth and the community through her own project, Rainbows. An old school chum joins the cast of characters, Vic, and Nicolas has become a good friend. There's support and there is vitriolic hate. Someone's trying to kill the princess, who won't back down! So, the writing is tight, the events not too detailed and Alexandra and Erin are finding their way through. I'll patiently wait for the next book in the series. Oh, I had to read it without going to sleep because I HAD TO KNOW who was behind the nefarious plot. Can't share because it'll spoil the story.
In this second book, Sgt. Erin Kennedy is rather stumbling trying to find her place in life now that she's no longer the bodyguard. She does find something very positive when a new character, and an old chum of Alexandra's, is summoned to work with her. Erin will always protect her princess, even though she's now her girlfriend, not her bodyguard. However, as Princess Alexandra becomes more vocal about who she is and her project, Rainbows, a nefarious plot is revealed; therefore, Erin has to be involved! Stay tuned for book 3. I know I will!
The two women Erin and Alex were both interesting and were definitely full of sexual tension and activity throughout the book. However, there were parts that had some rambling in it like maybe a little filling was needed. There was great drama surrounding the threats concerning Alex and the introduction of the present of shimmer to Erin to get her out of her funk. Those were very interesting and enjoyable additions to the storyline. Looking forward to book 3. Recommend this book for reading to all others as it is very entertaining.
Not sure when I read it the first time, but after I read other (newer) books by Margaux Fox recently, I revisited this one. Altough there are some issues with this novel - mostly how I imagine the member of (english) royal families behave - it's a fine love story. The story has more than one level, the characters are evolving, the backstory of the characters are building up. In comparsion the newer books are not only shallow, but have this unmistakeable bite of an AI story badly edited (or not even edited).
When I read the first book Her Royal Bodyguard, I didn’t expect to find the story continuing. Then I find there are now three in the series. All I can say is, I loved the first and second book and am now waiting for the final instalment. Thank you Margaux Fox I found the books intriguing and interesting to read if the third is as good as the previous two it will be a huge success. Stay safe all
4 stars. I remember not being all that crazy about book one. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve read that one but I thought this one was really good! This series is sexy and I think Princess Alex and her former bodyguard turned girlfriend Erin are lovely together. The chemistry was really great here and I love how passionate and protective they are of each other. This one had some drama to it which was interesting and the ending was so incredibly sweet. I’m excited to continue on.
Her Royal Bodyguard Book 2 begins with Princess Alexandra and former bodyguard Sergeant Erin Kennedy adapt to life as a publicly out couple. The majority of the kingdom still adore their Princess but a hateful minority seem intent on threatening her at every turn. The passion between Alex & Erin remains HOT which I was very happy to see.
Margaux Fox captured the feeling of being in love so flawlessly. The feeling of wanting to be touched, kissed and hugged by your lover, and the security of her nearness. The sex scenes were a delight! Over all, it was an enjoyable and beautiful escape from the Covid nightmare, thank you for that. I'm so happy Book 3 is near! To Margaux, please continue to write.
Can Erin and Alex find their feet and keep their new relationship going? Lost for purpose Erin must find direction in her new life as a rival's girlfriend while Alex must face threats against her life while trying to get her new LGBTQ charity off the ground. A wonderful dramatic sequel, well worth the read.
Alexandra has revealed her truth and yet her people still love her which is a plus, but some feel someone like her shouldn't be queen. So admist the growing love between Erin and Alexandra, friendships developing, and Erin finding her passion the threat towards princess Alexandra become a threat everyday
Sergeant Erin Kennedy is now the girlfriend of Princess Alexandra. Since going public they have been beloved by the LGBTQ+ community and most of the country. But there are enemies who wish them harm. Erin will do anything to protect Alex and their love is getting stronger. A story of love and devotion.
Amazing sequel to Her Royal Bodyguard. We can see Erin adjusting to Royal life, how Alex deals with the aftermath of coming out and we see the struggles they go through as a new couple.

It took me a long time to start reading this series but I'm so glad I did I'm really enjoying it and I love the characters and the storyline can't wait for the next book
Alex and Erin are such engaging characters and this fictional world a beautiful place to consider possibilities. These are not books you put down once you start…
