I loved reading this book. It was as though the author was a friend of mine and we were just chatting over a cup of coffee. She used down to earth language and did not include a lot of fluff. This writing style made for a very enjoyable, helpful, and quick read. As I plan to use most of her advice, I will be looking to buy more of her writing in the future.
I like reading this from the psychological standpoint of her journey. The steps were really easy and not much different. But the way she presented them was unique and inspiring. i’m glad I read this.
