This books addresses the anatomy of the whole body before getting down to any exercises at the piano. It is a novel approach, and is involved enough that it seems most appropriate for someone who is going for professional or near professional level of development. Since I only spend an hour a day or less at the piano, it’s more than I want to tackle.

Not for me... but still interesting enough to look on, especially if you do some teaching.
