'A must-read packed full of aha moments.' - Naomie Harris OBE, Actor
'It's interesting, fun and it's relevant to all of us ... Perhaps the key thing for me is the feeling that Jo is talking from her heart rather than writing from her brain ... It's important.' - Sarah Stacey, Victoria Health

'Really enjoying this. Not your usual self-help book. It's succinct, very well written and not selling nonsense. Highly recommended.' - Levison Wood
A really helpful book which I have just finished but want to re read. It had helpful excercises to remind you how important the now is! A very insightful and helpful book. Love the little stories at the beginning of the chapters!
I really found this helpful. I have been doing some soul searching as I suppose most people at 30 do. Wondering why I feel certain things, how to get out of my head and the self hatred yeesh. This has really helped me sort through all of these things and given me some decent practices to put in motion in order to feel more secure with myself. I would really recommend this book if you feel off kilter or like you need some guidance just to make your life feel less messy or even just to elevate your life.
This is hands down one of my favorite books ever. It’s an amazing journey for the soul, written in a very comprehensible and intuitive way. I found myself underlining a lot of parts and plan to re-read it. It really resonated with me and I recommend it highly. Jo is amazing!
Started off ok, with a lot of ideas that I recognised from Buddhist lore. So far, so good. It lost me however when it went full New Age and started going all symbolic with rituals involving burning three matchsticks - each stick representing something icky from your past. That was when I shut my Kindle down and said “No”
