Courage

Rate this book
What is true courage? How is it related to fear? How does it differ from daring? Mrs. Henderson organizes a field trip to Niagara Falls for her Grade Six students, one of whom is a little too fond of dares and pranks. The field trip provides an opportunity for everyone to learn what it means to be courageous.

Great little novel for thoughtful kids at the middle school level. Features ordinary children (no wizards or superpowers!) learning about the difference between daring and real courage. Some useful lessons on bullying as well. My daughter found it lively and funny.
