Mr. Edward talks about Communications in the most simple practical way I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this underrated book.

Some of the lessons from the book:
- In business we communicate for action.
- When writing (best part of the book was the writing section) use active voice and simple understandable words.
- The Americans feel responsible that they were understood when speaking; That's why they repetitive when using English.
- Always understand the audience first.

Sincerely, Najm
