SOOOOO, I will say in this installment the series took a surprising turn, that I in no way saw coming. The series started out going in a certain direction that I knew would probably have some conflicts, but nothing like this. Actually the way Kat is, I figured all the drama would be mainly her. Now, of course yes, it does stem from her, but just didn't see this coming.
Of course, still lots of hot moments, just ummmm, not what we've been used to thus far...It leaves me really, really curious now at what will come next. Yes, I know, I'm being totally secretive on what I'm talking about right now, but I can't spoil it. Let's just say.....things get interesting in book 3. And I need a conversation, like in a really bad way. LOL!!
Once again, I know this isn't much of a review, totally get it, but when the book is a short story series and each installment is between 75-90 pages each, if too much is said it's likely things could get spoiled. :)

Loved this one. Just as hot as book 1. And the storyline was interesting with twists & turns. Curious what's going to happen next with Keegan's sister. On to book IV! :)

I felt really invested in all of the characters' doubts. I understand how difficult it must be for them to put their hearts on the line, to risk their emotions and their faith when the can end up crushed.
After the big gap separating them, they all struggle with their personal turmoil. Kat is riddled with guilt at having snapped at her two lovers, making them feel bad about their choice of relationship. Tristan is so pissed off because he's afraid he will lose his dream woman, but Adam can't let go of his inner demons.
Him or him? I like Tristan's assertiveness, his absolute unwavering belief in what they can be together. Honestly, I fell for Adam. After all, he's suffering, he's doubting himself, he's the one who feels insecure and needs real, bullet-proof love. I have a weakness for tormented men who desire too much and have to conceal it.
I can unflinchingly say that I've fallen head over heels in love with this author's writing style. The eroticism was burning through the pages, though it went beyond that. The characters are alive, they have feelings they have to contend with. And the threesome was more than just bodies. It was three people connecting and making it work without jealousy.
My only complaint? That ending. Where's part 4? Please?

At the end of An Indecent Proposition there is a small write up about the author Stephanie Julian and it says what she loves most is writing heat with heart. I find that to be a perfect way to describe this series. It was most definitely heat and truly a lot of heart.
To be honest in the beginning I had some reservations. I mean it started right off with a bang. Literally. I was asking myself if I found this believable or even a good start. What happened next was purely unexpected. The writing and the flow just had me captivated with it all. Erik with his scares, both physical and mental, made me feel like I wanted to take care of him. Keegan with his devotion to his best friend was powerful. And the love and understanding that Jules gave to them both was just what they needed.
Don’t get me wrong. This isn’t some life changing, soul searching book of epic proportions. No. What it is, is a ménage à trois that’s a sexy fun read for the erotica lover. If you are a fan of Jaci Burton or Maya Banks this is one series you will want to read.

We are now up to Part III. I am now vested in this series. I am completely hooked. Like Julianne, I see beyond the scars. Erik is a beautiful person. Oh my, Keegan is incredible. The verbal sparring between the guys is revealing more and more of their emotions, guilts, passions. I did not think the sex could get any better between the three of them but now feelings are coming into play, which makes the sex so much sweet. The three of them have worked out that they want to be together. Will they be able to work out their differences? And OMG what about that nail-biting cliffhanger! When I saw those three dreaded words “To be continued…” I found myself desperately check author Stephanie Julian page for a hint of the next book. Sadly, there was nothing there. Please Ms. Julian don’t keep me hanging too long!
Recommended reading? No…this is a MUST read series!

Having read the first part of this story almost a year ago, I find myself still drawn to this story. I really like the characters, and I'm curious how they are going to resolve not only their relationship but their work mystery.
Novella sized series that has kept me feeling like the price of the ebook is worth it.

And the story continues. I am really enjoying this serious. After the ending of part two I really hoped these characters would sort things out.
I'm really glad Kat got the courage to reach out. Adam and Tristian are so so hot.

You need a fan to cool off when you read this book! It was great...I thought it was the end of the series and I didn't realize there was more. I hope the wait isn't too long for the next part because the cliffhanger was too much!

Tristan and Adam have been friends for years and frequently share women together. Tristan is head over heals for Kat and wanted Adam to meet her. Kat is well aware that they share and leaves the party with that in mind for the evening for them. Everything changes the minute they leave the party and share a night of passion together. Tristan have never been more sure of their triad, but Adam has doubts and manages to sabotage what was just beginning between them. Kat in defense snaps at both of the men pushing Adam away and running from both of them. This is all so new to her that her insecurities overwhelm her. When she goes to apologize she first visits Adam who takes her by surprise. Knowing that it was his inner demons at work and that he had breached what he had with Tristan, he apologizes.
I really do love Kat and her men. I am so glad that the author made the feelings each were having so true to their hearts. I am so looking forward to reading part 4.

This part was the best so far. Katrina realizes that she was a bit rushed about her feelings and thoughts about Adam. She has to tell him she is sorry. But sometimes the simple acts of kindness can turn steamy in a flash.
Adam knows what he has to do, set away so that Tristan and pursue Katrina on his own. He will be the best friend doing this so that Tristan can find his happiness. Adam is fighting the feelings and emotions that Katrina seems to make come to the surface that have been buried so deep inside of him.
Katrina apology to Adam turns into Adam realizing he wants to chase his demons away with Katrina’s help. She is taken back by the emotions that Adam brings out him. But also craves him.
Katrina realizes that she must go to see her brother, he maybe the only one who can help her sort her mind out.
This one left me with wanting Part 4 yesterday. I need to see how this will all play out with Katrina, Tristan and Adam. Will they be able to find peace within each other? Can three people love each other wholly without jealousy?

This is my favourite of the series so far, mainly because we get to know a bit about the men in Kat's life. I really enjoy a book with hot sex scenes but it also has to have a solid story to keep me interested
So I was pleased that we got to know more about Adam as he has been a man of few words before now, we get an inslight into what makes this man tick, why he only sees women as part of a threesome and what he gains from this arrangement. To be honest up until this part I didn't really like Adam, thought he was mean and too moody, but I've now seen a different side, a side that is beginning to be attracted to Kat in a way he never thought possible and this might be enough to tear apart the tentative relationshipthe three of them are building.
I also enjoyed Kat's growth in confidence in this book, she didn't shy away but demanded the things she wanted and needed from her men. Once again the sex scenes were off the scale hot, can't wait to see what part IV will bring.

Best climax and ending. Good luck to anyone with the ability to love two men at once without jealously complicating their lives. Makes me wish that in a narrow minded world,that there are multiple couples who can make it work. Thank you for writing this story. Makes a person so glad to be alive, and that love matters against all odds. Great love story

La verdad sigo sin entender porque sigo leyendo esta serie.... tal vez la curiosidad morbosa me hace seguir para ver con que nos sale al final de la historia la autora... Ademas como dicen por ahí, si ya aguante lo mas, puedo aguantar lo menos..!
