When sinkholes plague the city of Corona, things get real.

Sterling: Rebel Earth Master

I’ve never been particularly proud of the stinking cesspool known as Corona, but for better or worse, it’s still my home. And as a newly minted Earth Master, I take particular umbrage when it starts to collapse.

Sinkholes are hardly breaking news, but now that the original Masters’ proteges have unseated them, huge swaths of the city are falling in. Is it ineptitude? Neglect? Or some elaborate plan to lure us into a trap and harvest our magical energy? Whatever the reason, we can’t just stand by and watch the the city cave in.

The public is still blind to the Masters’ corruption, and those glorified frat boys can wield a stunning amount of magic without even breaking a sweat. But the Rebels share a special bond - when we combine our powers, it’s awesome. And when we combine our naughty parts, it’s even better.

If only all five of us could get on board with the arrangement.

Zephyr and I have set aside our differences, and that kinkhound Rain is in his glory. But whenever things heat up, Ember makes a flimsy excuse to leave the rest of us to our own devices. We need everyone on board, even our long-suffering Fire Master...before anyone else gets buried.

Urban fantasy fans will adore this medium-burn reverse harem filled with action, intrigue, and magic. If you like RH with complex heroes, spellbinding action, and immersive worldbuilding, pick up audiobook three in the five-volume Arcane Rebels series today.

Loving this series

So I’m loving this series, I do wish there was less Sterling and background with him? I get this was supposed to be ‘his’ book but I feel like he’s kind of been the prominent character all three of these and he’s gotten a little annoying to me. He’s just so over the top and honestly my least favorite in the harem, I love the sweet boys more than the self deprecating ones. I really want more Aura, I mean I feel like she’s been kind of greyscaled and cast to a secondary role but she could be so much more! So here’s hoping she steps up book 4 (I’m sincerely hoping her character is redeemed, she could be so amazing)

Arden continues to waste my time with boring flashbacks to the childhoods of these 1 dimensional characters.

Arden: Hmmm how about a flashback to the time Sterling was forced to eat dirt and ended up with bloody stool.

"Ewwwwww that's f'ing disgusting!!!" Well, if I had to suffer through it, I'm definitely putting her on blast for writing it and taking away 1 of the 2 stars that I would have given this book.

Somehow Sterling ha become more irritating than Zephyr. I wish Sterling POV wasn't so exhausting, why do we need to follow him to work multiple shifts at the morgue with vivid details about disgusting decomposition and crap? AND deal with so many ridiculous flashbacks.

Sterling is definitely the MC and the main character of RH has to be the female. She's supposed to be the center. Why the hell is Aura's power pumping Sterling up so he can control all of the other guy's elements? Why not divide the POV time equally for all of the Mc's for every book?

Also why did Arden think it was a good idea to have Aura constantly forget stuff. It is seriously annoying to read her POV. She doesn't know anything useful, and her forgetting people she should know got old before it was even addressed.

Arden doesn't know how to tell a linear story. She relies on the antagonist POV so much that there is no suspense or tension. Chasm and Blaze are petulant Relies to heavily on flashbacks. Each book doesn't have it's own story, just one long pointless and confusing series "plot." The "villians" aren't menacing and just brats killing people. There are no stakes. This whole story doesn't need 3 books, it needs to cut a lot, starting with the useless flashbacks.

Oh and book 3 and still there isn't an actually poly rh relationship dynamic.

Love this series!

I love this series so much, it’s such a unique world and the magic system is unlike anything I’ve ever read. The storyline is gripping and intense, and the author really delves into the characters backstories. This book was another amazing addition to the series as a whole, and I can’t wait to read what happens next!

This is turning into an amazing series.
This book has much more action that the other books. Aura and her four men are learning how to join their powers to overcome the "rot" that is taking over Corona. They are also get6ing closer to each other both physically and emotionally.
I listened to this in audible.

Oh ya

The arcane revels are at it again. They never seem to be able to one up Blaze and his crew. At least they are working in their connection with each other. I look forward to the next book!

Book 3 of this series was good. I am sadly disappointed that the series is not complete and there doesn't seem to be a time when it will be completed.
