I’m always up for some paranormal fiction and enjoyed the plot of this story.
The story sees alpha dragons finding their fated mates but traditionally it has always been dragon mates, but fate has thrown a spanner in the works and now they are finding themselves fated to human females. Humans don’t know their kind exist and they don’t feel a bond so revealing themselves can only be done if they are sure they are the one fate intended.
As the women learn there is an entirely new world out there, and what fated means the story is rich with tension. But it’s not just the dragons’ stories each woman also has a problem that comes to light that their men will do anything to keep them safe.
Emotions run high as the characters confront their circumstances, dealing with conflicting feelings of fear, hope, and longing. The presence of strong alpha males adds another layer of complexity to the tale.
Amidst these challenges, there is also an undercurrent of playful interactions. Overall, it’s an interesting blend of love, action, and adventure that keeps you engaged from beginning to end.

The Dragon’s Redemption by Roxie Ray is another dragon shifter novel that takes place in Bluewater, Maine. Like most of these books, it’s a fast and enjoyable read. It would be perfect for a day at the beach or some night when you just want to kick back with a quick and easy book.
This book tells the story of Toby Miller, the new nutritionist at the local hospital, and Elizabeth Castro, also known as Liza, a nurse in her final phase of training as an RN. Toby is from California and is a member of the same dragon-shifter clan as his friend Porter, the hero in the previous book by Roxie Ray, and is an honorary member of the local clan. Unfortunately, his mate Liza has recently gotten out of a relationship after finding her ex cheating on her and along with her studying for a nursing degree, she has decided to stay away from men.
With Liza not showing any interest in Toby, he decides to try and find out more about Liza to help his efforts to finally be with his mate. Luckily his enhanced dragon hearing helps him find out what Liza is interested in and he does his best to befriend her using joint interests to show her what they have in common.
Liza tries to keep her distance from Toby but she cannot deny her attraction to him for long and they start dating.
Unfortunately, her ex boyfriend, her mum and a female doctor at the hospital that is obsessed with Toby try their best to try to derail their new relationship.
Will they be able to destroy the relationship building between Liza and Toby and what about the secret Toby still has to tell Liza, will him being a Dragon scare her away or will they finally get their happy ending?

Oh good grief! Dragged and dragged. D.N.F
I’ve read the rest of these books and was excited to read this one. But it was boring! Really really boring! Including the sex! If he asked her one more time if it was okay to touch her, I was going throw my kindle!!! Yes I know that it’s good to have consent before doing anything, but constantly asking her if it was okay, it’s hardy sexy and passionate. She had to beg him to touch her! Nope!!!
So Liza is a trainee nurse at the hospital. When Toby visits the hospital and realises that she’s his fated mate. He moves there and tries to get to know her at work. As he’s a nutritionist. She’s had one relationship and he cheated on her with her best friend. So she’s naturally wary of a relationship. He comes across as terrified of her and upsetting her. Shes terrified of one of the doctors, who really fancies Toby, who has the ability to not offer her a job. He’s terrified of messing it up so acts like he’s scared of everything. It totally spoils the romance! Sorry this one is really not up to the standard of the rest.

Toby Miller was hired as the nutritionist at the hospital in Bluewater. As soon as he met Elizabeth Castro (“Liza”), finishing up her last year to become an RN at the hospital, he knew she was his mate. Unfortunately, she didn’t just fall into his arms as he had hoped. Liza had caught her long-term ex-boyfriend cheating and had sworn off men. Would he be able to convince her that they were perfect for each other? Would she be able to accept the fact that he is a dragon?
I just love these stories! There is a fun part also in this story line when Liza’s stalker ex-boyfriend tries to act tough with her and Toby steps in. In fact, with Dax being such a jerk, Liza easily accepted Toby’s invitation to move in with him… for safety’s sake, of course. So that worked out well! Grab your copy and enjoy Toby and Liza’s story.

This series is becoming pretty formulaic. Girl meets boy. Boy realizes she's his fated mate. Girl has psycho stalker. Boy protects girl and they get their happily ever after. Seriously, every single book in the series has the exact same storyline. I will say the characters are interesting and slightly different so that helps. The town and interactions of the characters is good. There is witty banter and lots of spice so it's still entertaining. Even the author knows it's a thing as the characters even bring it up in the book so it's interesting to see her poking fun at her own storyline trope. I've already got the next book in the series downloaded so I'll read it for fun, but if it's the same old thing then I'm out as it is getting monotonous.

This is my first book by Roxie Ray but it definitely won’t be my last. Toby and Liza had such a sweet story. It was so satisfying to watch their journey and see them come together.
Considering Liza’s cheating ex-fiancé wouldn’t leave her alone, a doctor co-worker with her sights sat on Toby and Liza’s awful meddling mother this story was fairly low angst. They had a lot working against them and Liza was a bit skittish at first but they were pretty solid in their interest and support for each other. That was really refreshing and fits perfectly with them being fated mates. Don’t you just adore Fated Mate stories? If so, you will love this one.

For the most part I liked the story. Toby seemed a little beta to me. He was more than willing to back off on his fated mate thing. I guess I'm more used to alpha dragon types just putting it out there so it was an odd dynamic. The story had the baddie co-worker who wanted the man for herself and then went all out nuts about it. Just learn to live with loss sweetheart. To have her ex be such a fruit loop too was nutty in my opinion. There was great acceptance of his dragon by the heroine and final their HEA. I think all the dragons are going to be moving to this town soon with as many matches as they've gotten.

The Dragons Redemption by Roxie Ray is Toby and Lisa's story..Toby is a Dragon shifter/nutritionist and a friend of Porter of the previous book..Lisa is doing her internship and in the final strecth to become a nurse..Lisa doesnt have time to date specially when she found out that her ex is cheating on her with her bestie/roommate..when she met Toby the new nutritionist in the hospital she knows shes in trouble because the attraction is instant like magnet,but she doesnt want a distraction,specially when one of the female doctor is on hot porsuit to get toby to like her..An interesting,intriguing and steamy shifrer romance story.

This is another Dragon shifter story which Im sure you know that. He isn't from the town in Maine that he is at. It is his cousin, but he is an honorary member of the clan, as he is from California. He was introduced in the last book. When he meets Liza, his dragon knows she is his fated mate. She has come out of a 10 year relationship due to his cheating on her with her BFF. Some BFF right. So she is in Maine trying to get her RN license now. With her being sceptical of men now after her being treated so bad can she let Toby into her heart and life?

Toby goes for an interview out of town and while there discovers that his fated mate is at the very same hospital. He gets the job but can he get the girl? Toby is trying to fend off a very agressive woman (I would have said lady but she is definitely not that) who is a doctor at the hospital and who happens to run the ward that his mate works on. Liza has had a very bad experience with men courtesy of her mother growing up and then her ex. Female doctor plus rotten ex equals a very tricky relationship. Help is at hand with a solid group of friends and family but can they overcome these scorned lovers?

This is a new author for me and I will definitely grab more of this series to enjoy later.

The Dragons Redemption is book 5 in a series called Bluewater Dragons with amazing characters. This is a well-written, well-paced and standalone book that will keep you entertained from start to finish. These interesting characters are very well-crafted that grow throughout the story. There is action, adventure, drama, danger, twist, turns, romance, passion and love. This story was a great addition to the series and I recommend this book to anyone who loves dragon shifter stories.

Toby Miller is the new nutritionist at the Bluewater hospital he never thought that he would find his mate until he met Liza his dragon knew straight away that she is their mate but things don’t go as he hoped because Liza never fell into his arms. Liza has had it with men since she caught her now ex cheating on her she has her walls well and truly up around her heart so can Toby knock those walls down?, well you’re just going to have to find out for yourself. Fantastic story I enjoyed it immensely and I highly recommend this book.

This is the 5th book in Ray's Bluewater Dragons series and it can be read as a standalone but honestly best enjoyed if you read the series in order (I loved all the books in this series so far). If you are a fan of sexy alpha dragon shifters then do yourself a favor and read this series today, you will not regret it!

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. The Dragon's Redemption by Roxie Ray is part of the Bluewater Dragons world. I enjoyed Toby and Liza's story. A quick read that was fast paced and drama laden with just the right amount of heat (Mature Readers Only Please). I liked that Bee, Bianca, Kaylee and the rest make an appearance in this continuing storyline. A great addition to the series.

Refusing to date or love again includes swearing off men... right? Ok.so she should ignore the built man coming down the way... right? She can ignore her cheating ex with the hunky man... right? Adventures are what she wants considering she is an nurse. Hmm his secret and protection is a thing. Good read. No cliffhanger

Toby and Liza both work at the hospital. He recognizes her as his mate, but he does not get the response he thinks should be there because she has had a traumatic relationship breakup that has up major walls. He has to break down those walls to get her to see him clearly. The characters and storyline were terrific. The ups and downs worked well and they really suited each other. Loved the ending.

Awww such a sweet romantic read, Toby and Liza feature in this story, and what a lovely read it is.
Great story, plot and the characters are great. Both Toby and Liza are very sweet personalities, and match well with the other. Unfortunately we still get some angst due to Ex’s and family members but clan comes to the rescue. The love scenes are hot, but not crude. I love how all previous characters are involved in each read. Looking forward to Wesley and Livvie’s story.

Toby comes to Bluewater from a different clan. I like his personality and how close he is to Porter and Wesley. I think its cool guys have there best buds that want what's best for them. an enjoyable read
I really enjoyed Toby and Liza’s story. It was a quick, easy read. My only complaint is that it’s a bit far fetched that so many people in a small town have stalkers and stalker exes. I think this is the 3rd story in the series that involved a stalker. I hope that future books get a little more original. I enjoy the fated mate stories and I liked both Toby and Liza. I am looking forward to reading Wayne’s story next.
I really enjoyed Toby and Liza’s story. It was a quick, easy read. My only complaint is that it’s a bit far fetched that so many people in a small town have stalkers and stalker exes. I think this is the 3rd story in the series that involved a stalker. I hope that future books get a little more original. I enjoy the fated mate stories and I liked both Toby and Liza. I am looking forward to reading Wayne’s story next.

Meet Toby and Liza and their entertaining journey to become mates. Of course things do no go smoothly for them but that was part of the fun. Liza has to overcome baggage from her past but she finally does. It was entertaining to watch them and of course have others from the previous books pop in. Just another good story in the Bluewater Dragon clan series.

The fifth book in the Bluewater Dragons series a well written story that kept me turning pages. Dragon shifter Toby and human Liza's story there is drama with her ex Dax and Dr Abby who will not leave Toby alone. I enjoyed reading and want to read the next book. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
