A wonderful story about the faith people have in each other. Things are happening to turn people away from the church. You can’t help but get caught up in the book.

It was so easy to get pulled into this story. It felt like I flipped a couple of pages, that a couple of minutes went by, but it was suddenly hours later and I was already finished the book. There were so many wonderful twists in this story that I was kept guessing for just about all of it. I’m also loving the Remington Steele kind of will-they/won’t-they tension between Whitt and Anna. I know which side of that coin I want to see land up, however I’m enjoying the tension of the uncertainty in the meantime. That ending just about killed me though. You know how when you get to the end of the file and you keep dragging your finger across the screen to try and get it to flip to just one more page? Or when you close the book and turn it over to look for more pages hidden in the back cover? That’s what this ending did to me. I need the next book in the series NOW!

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "STRONG IN FAITH" Whit & Anna open for business when an Alex Baron comes to them for help Eliza his wife's friend Valerie from their church CFC Community Fellowship Church of Garden Park things have been happening there turning people away leaving the church because of Pastor Landry being a pervert.
Pastor Landry has been great at covering his track his followers have manipulated into thinking he get messages from God telling he can behave the way he does with the woman who have problems with their marriages his inappropriate behavior is OK & they just believe everything he say even his wife covers for him his children know what's going on.
Anna goes to the church as a friend to Penelope who knows the Baron's & why they left the church she going to see what Pastor Landry is up to catch him on tape while Whit hints down other leads.
This story has alot of twists & turns there's a murder as well finding out who did it so many questions so many suspects you can't stop reading until the end WHAT a shock that is making you want the next book "NOW" "DEEDS NOT WORDS" so looking forward to it I hope Anna & Whit finally give in to their attraction. AWESOME AWESOME READ!!!!!

“They have gotten good about sweeping things under the rug around here. And with so many adoring him, good luck proving anything. He knows his game anyway. He’s been able to turn it around and make himself look innocent.”

Another wonderful addition to the series. Whit and Anna make a great team and really compliment each other. Anna keeps Whit levelheaded because his daughter Emily is avoiding his calls and behaving like any other teenage girl. Use to being the bait, once again Anna finds herself in the thick of things. Heads up Ms Knightly is evil and left us with the mother of all cliffhangers.

A missing girl, an unhappy flock and fingers have been pointed at the Pastor. A man of God, with the backing of his family and followers. Has he lost his way, is he enchanted by temptation and does he use his position to lure vulnerable women under his wing? However is he simply providing guidance and faith or does he have an evil motive?

It’s so easy to get into these books now that I’m so familiar with the main characters! I can read them in a day, if things work out well for me that day, but lately it’s been difficult to make it a single day read. This story kept me very interested, though. As they are looking for a missing pregnant young woman, they are led to a cult-like church where the pastor interprets what is right for the congregation, but HE and his family to some extent, are basically above those rules and he does as he pleases. The family and their closest friends scratch each other’s backs so I was kept guessing almost to the end. Lots of surprising twists!

Very good investigation with unpredictable outcome
It's a new investigation with Whit and Anna. Their relationship is still a bit hazy, rather friendly, but their professional bond is strengthened.
This investigation is around the disappearance of a woman who belongs to a church whose pastor is rather shady. The story is all in twists and turns because of the context of this community which does not reveal itself easily, once again all in manipulation, in secrets, in rumors, with an ideal culprit not so ideal as he seems.

Good addition to the series. I'll be honest this one took me a little time to figure out who dunit. But I did figure out about Valerie.
Whit and Anna are now official partners. Their first case is a missing person and a church that is like a cult.
The story flows well and you deflate many people to choose from who may be involved. I like tge addition of Logan into the mix.
Whit and Anna's relationship is still fuzzy, though each knows they are attracted to the other. And so does everybody else!.
This one, unlike the others, ends in a little cliffhanger with Whit's daughter Emma.

Cracked the binding in this excellent mystery

Whit, a private investigator, and Anna, his partner , have opened their own investigation agency and are getting settled into their new office. As the story progresses a missing person case is acquired, the investigation gets dicey, and the lies from the suspects are not the only ones they have to deal with. W.L. Knightly cracked the binding in this excellent mystery about faith and values. I’ll be sad to see the series end and wish it would continue.

I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

This is such a good series. This time Anna and Whit get a case involving a missing woman and a cult-like church. One pastor and his family run the Community Brotherhood Church for the good of all, but primarily themselves. The pastor counsels many of the female parishioners which appears to be manipulation. I really enjoy reading about Anna and Whit. They make a great couple and I hope there is some romance awaiting them in the future. All the mysteries have been quite captivating. Interesting situation with Emily to come. Great series and I recommend it!

Emma and Whit have started their partnership in their new detective business. There is underlying sexual tension as each one has feelings for the other but no one makes a move. Their first case takes them to church. There is a missing girl and then a murder. Emma and Whit do their thing to solve the case. I love how they work together and play off each other. Can’t wait until their true feelings are spilled.

I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Strong in Faith (Unconventional Truth Series #5) by WL Knightly

Whit Filmore and Anna Upon have now opened their Private Investigation office and immediately have their first missing person's case. This case leads them to have an undercover investigation of the impropriety of the Community Fellowship Church pastor. Many secrets are uncovered and this leads to a death. An excellent and engaging read. Waiting for the next Unconventional Truth Series book.

Whit and Anna are hired to find a missing woman, Valerie. The church she belongs to has a pastor that rules with an iron fist. He abuses his power over women with inappropriate behavior. Anna goes undercover to see what goes on at the church. This is a great series that gets your interest from the beginning.

Another mysterious case for Anna and Whit to solve. This one has to do with a missing woman, a pastor, his church and the members. Twists, secrets, lies, and manipulation all in the name of God. This ends with a cliffhanger you will not expect. I am looking forward to the next book in this amazing series.

This is a new investigation involving Whit and Anna. Their professional relationship is strengthened, and Anna helps Whit stay grounded even though his daughter Emily is acting like every other teenager. The suspect is someone who is cleverly disguising his guilt and they are up to the task. I enjoyed this entertaining mystery. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

You never know where faith will take you!

The subject matter made my head spin at first: Knightly’s book shown the light on some of life’s difficult moments. This was a snug and surprising follow-up to the lady book and I can hardly wait to see her hat happens next in this series: Evil is everywhere. No telling where it goes next!

4.5/5 This series is the reason I got back into reading and if you are a sucker for true crime these books are definitely for you! Even if you aren't fully into reading they are quick paced and just have all the elements to make it a good reading experience! Professor whit and Anna are open for business and their very first case is a missing person case which quickly changes into a very different case altogether.
The pastor of a church is found murdered. During the investigation of the missing person and the murder, very ugly and horrendous information is discovered about the pastor and his family. What does this mean for Valerie who is missing?
Vital information about Valerie is discovered which makes the search more urgent. Will they find Valerie and it what state will she be in?
Whit and Anna are ao cute together. I hope they get together soon and Whit remembers his declaration of love to Anna when he previously got shot.
Read this book to find out what happens.
I received an ARC from the author. I voluntarily read and review this book. This is my honest review.

This series has been one non-stop mind twisting mystery after another. It reads like a great series and I have enjoyed each one. Prof. Whit does not disappoint and completely brings an action filled journey with great banter between characters. I recommend checking this series out.

A few more twists and turns with plenty of of sexual tension between Whit and Anna and I am loving it. When you don’t think a series can get any better, another book comes out and proves you wrong. You start with one page and before you know it, you are done. The writing is that good.
