Love, love, LOVE this book! It is full of helpful advice, quotes, activities and more by Voices of Hope founders, Genevieve Mora and Jazz Thornton. It's very well written and put together, plus the illustrations and artwork are lovely.

I highly recommend this book. Whether you're struggling with your mental health, know someone who is, or just want something to turn to when needing some inspiration, this book is perfect for that.

Practicing mindfulness is a journey, and how awesome was it to find a book published by fellow Kiwis on this topic.
My journey started very recently, so finding it was a blessing in disguise. As I continue that journey, I’m now filling out this workbook to reflect back on when things aren’t quite going to plan, and to stay on track.
It has a variety of activities to fill in that range from self-attributions to scrapbooking.

For anyone practicing mindfulness, dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, this is a guided journal aimed to improve mental well-being.
