The body of Abigail Rockwell, an investigative journalist and friend of DCI Jack Collier, is found on a Saturday morning in her office in Jesmond Newcastle. The evidence begins to stack up against Jack and Oliver is in a race against time to get to the truth before Jack goes to trial. Intelligent and very interesting characters. I'm reading another of Fisher's books.
