“Decision for Daddy” is the story of Liv and Aden.
Stepfather- stepdaughter taboo romance, in which the heroine goes to ask her stepfather for help when the selfish mother drains her study funds. Instead he gives her a home and they both end up exploring their attraction.
I could have gotten over the mother to daughter icky factor, but the fact that the hero chose to run the first instance there was trouble (he did realize his mistake though) was a major red flag for me.

Liv's mom will do anything for money She chases rich men to get them to marry her but then she cheats on them and move onto to next. Liv was lucky that her first step dad cared enough about her to set up a trust fund and an education fund. That was more love than her mom ever showed. Her mom never wanted to see her sending her away to boarding schools and giving her money to travel for holiday breaks. Now Liv is in her first year in college at a top university. She is doing extremely well but then she gets called to the dean's office. Her last tuition payment wasn't paid even though there was an educational fund for it. Liv figures out her mother drained her fund and she wants to know why. She goes to the house where her mom and newest step-father lives. When she arrives, she finds out that Aden found her mother, his wife cheating with the poolboy. They are now divorced and she has taken off. Liv is trying to adjust to her new life then her former stepdad gives her a proposition. He will pay for her tuition at a local college if she will live with him and help him out at his business. Liv is cautious because she is very attracted to Aden but in the end she agrees.
Aden is shocked when he realizes that the gorgeous sexy girl at his door is his former stepdaughter. When he hears what his ex-wife did to her, he feels sorry for her. Between wanting to help her and not wanting to lose the girl he desires to much, he makes her a deal that will keep her close by him. He is torn between following his desires and following society's guidelines.

This is another steamy hot gap book. I did enjoy it don’t get me wrong but the intimacy went a little fast at the beginning. You see Liv goes to her step-father Aden’s home because she finds out her mom has walked off with the educational portion of her trust fund. After trying to reach her mom for weeks and nothing it's time for a face-to-face.
When Liv arrives, at Aden’s she finds out that they had divorced, over six months ago. Leaving Liv dumbfounded. When she’d flown out to get answers she never expected to receive them from Aden. Knowing she needs funds for college and a place to live Aden finds himself speaking before thinking by offer his place to stay and a job. She arrives at work dressed like his biggest wet dream and he knows he's in trouble.
They are both finding it hard to be around each other making Liv wonder if living and working for him is good after all. I mean there wasn’t even a twenty-four-hour period before, Aden was asking, Liv to say, “Yes.” Not that she wasn't will to say yes just saying, fast. Oh, the heat is HOT, and the physical chemistry is captivating so be careful you may just get burned all the heat coming off these pages. There were some "oh no" "oh wow" " what the what" moments and add in uncanny mishaps, and shenanigans the good kind that makes you keep turning the pages till last page has been turned. Olivia doesn’t come from a normal family; she has a very selfish mother who divorced her father. Married another who always treated her like his little girl, even setting up a college/trust fund for her and of course her mother took the money left to her for education to live a great life while Olivia must fend for herself. Olivia and Aden kept in contact even after the two of them split, she was accepted into one of the best schools to learn creative writing and becoming an author. After her freshman year she can’t return back due to the tuition not being paid for the second year and her mother wasn’t returning any of her calls or texts. She finished with her finals and went looking for her mom and went to Aden only to find out her mom had left with a younger man. Aden helps her by giving her a place to stay, part-time job and she can attend a college close by but the attraction pull is so strong between the two of them Aden seeing she is nothing like her mother but will he have the courage to tell her how he is feeling and will it lead anywhere?

'Decision for Daddy' by B.L. Brooks is the story of Olivia, a college student, and Aden, her stepfather. Liv is called into the Dean's office and told that her tuition was not paid for and unless she takes care of it she won't be able to finish her college education. Liv had a trust fund set up by previous stepfather to pay for her education so she doesn't understand what happened. She tries to contact her mother to see if her mother has any information to no avail. Liv then decides to go visit her mother in person to try to get some answers regarding her education trust fund.
Liv shows up at her mother's last known address to find out from her stepfather, Aden, that they are divorced, her mother no longer lives there, and he doesn't know or care where she is. Short story, not a fan of the daddy kink(no judgement, but it's nothing for me) but this one was not over the top with little space etc.
Because of it being so short there was not really time to make him work for it after he hurt her in the worst way possible.
It's a short read of less than 60 pages do perfect to read just before bed.
It's about Olivia who learned that her mother drained her college tuition set up by her first stepdad.
Her mother is a notorious gold-digger marries man after man, spend as much money and cheats with the poolguy, gardener, cook,etc.
Olivia decides to go to her mother and try and get her money back. When she arrives she learns her mother cheated on her latest husband and they devorced a few months back.
Aiden feels sorry and attracted to her so he offers her a job and to pay for her tuition the following years. It's obvious they both are drawn to eachother and ofcourse they get together. It wouldn't be a book if there isn't a happy ending.

Well written short story that takes you thru the motions of defeat, attraction, romance, heartbreak and....I’m not going to spoil the story! I will say, almost all of the previous “Please Me, Daddy” books have been a straight hook up with daddy figure, fall in love, work thru the issues/deal with the drama quickly, and the HEA. This book has a little more of a dramatic issue and how daddy handles the situation. I am glad to see the author breaking a little more out of the stereotypical hook up, have issues, work them out, and bam HEA in what seems like just a few days time. This book also a few pages longer than the previous ones in the series which is great because I am loving these stories.
FYI...the books in this series are all standalone stories, you can read them in any order or just read a few but I recommend them all.

She’s not like her mother! Olivia is the daughter of Aden’s Ex. Aden just recently divorced from “‘Liv’s” mom who unbeknownst to Liv had drained her educational fund and is “livin the good life” at the expense of Olivias education. When she goes to Aden’s house to confront her mother about the missing money Aden fills her in on the divorce and the whys! This very short very fast story starts right in with Aden giving Olivia a job and to live at his estate with him in exchange he would make sure she fulfills her dreams. This takes you the reader on the fast track of their whirlwind discovery of each other and all is good until it ISN’T! I did feel like the ending was very abrupt and kind of thrown at us. I would have liked more of their lives after Olivia met her dream goals. I received an Advance Reader's Copy and am voluntarily leaving my honest thoughts and opinions.

Its a fun story to read. Due to it being a story lees than 60 pages there's not much time to do it slow. So there's a lot happening in a very short time.
The part that i liked the most it wasnt a heavy daddy kink. Cant help it, but not a fan of these books.

Aden convinces her to stay and over a period of a few weeks he realizes he is deeply in love with her, but he's twice her age. How is this going to pan out. Will Liv allow herself to be wooed by her hot, sexy stepfather or will she leave and go spend time with her girlfriend in the mountains.

Liv is at school when she finds out that her school trust fund has been emptied by her grasping, greedy Mother. She goes to confront her where she's living with Aiden. Come to find out that Aiden divorced Julia, Liv's mother 6 months ago. Now Aiden finds out that Liv is nothing like Julia and he's finding himself falling in love with her. Liv has had a crush on him since she was 16 years old. They start a relationship but the first bump in the road that come he throws her out. I love the gumption that Liv had when she confronted her mother. When Aiden came calling she made him spell it out. I'm glad that they got the HEA they deserved. The is a short and steamy story with an instant love and age-gap theme. The story is well written and easy to read with a fun cast of characters. Both the hero and heroine are well developed and likeable. I love the chemistry between them and really enjoyed watching their relationship develop. There was also a nice bit of steam, which certainly never hurts. Overall, a highly enjoyable story and I look forward to more from this author.

Liv is shocked when she finds out that her mother has drained her college fund and she is going to be kicked out of school! She decides to go confront her mother at her stepfather’s, only to find out they are divorced! Now she doesn’t know what to do! She definitely doesn’t expect her ex stepfather to offer to take care of her! Aden hasn’t seen Liv in awhile and can’t believe how grown up she is! He decides he’s going to take care of her and will do whatever it takes to make her his! Great quick read that you will definitely enjoy!

This was a cute forbidden romance. I felt so bad for Liv as her mother is just awful. Thankfully her ex-stepfather Aden is willing to hire her and pay for her education. Aden and Live have a sizzling chemistry that is steamy enough to melt your panties off. This novella was entertaining..

Nice book. A cute story of older man young women. From the start you feel bad for this girl who’s smart and sweet that her mother stole all her money. She meets her step dad who has already divorced her cheat mom.

Daddy saves the day
This is the first Daddy book in this series that I have read and I will definitely be reading the others. The "Daddy" kink wasn't over the top with the roles of a Little and a Daddy ( that's not my kink but no judgement to those that are into it)

This was an adorable story. Poor Liv has such a horrible mom, yet maintains a positive and love filled outlook on life. Aden has also suffered at the hands of Liv’s mom, yet when Liv comes to him, he finds himself drawn to her and wanting to help.

This was my first BL Brooks read and I really enjoyed it! I like my romance books with plot and background stories, so this one satisfied my needs. I Recomend it!

This one is a little different but a whole lot steamy I absolutely loved it. It's a short story so you will have have time to get a quick fix on your lunch or whenever you can spare a few definitely worth it!

Shocked
