Dear Hunter is a work of great love from a father to a son that we, as readers, get to experience. The letters are written to Hunter, the author’s son, and they run the gamut from practical advice to philosophical discussions. The book is not only an inspiration for parent and child relationships but also for those who can use the kind words of a good friend. The letters gently guide Hunter (and the reader) through ways to best handle life’s tragedies and triumphs. They are honest, vulnerable and authentic thoughts about learning to be yourself. I recommend this book to all my friends and family.

Poor Richard’s Guide to meaningful conversations with your son, your daughter, and yourself!

Thoroughly enjoyed Matt’s perspectives in 50 meaningful conversations we should have with our children and ourselves. Dear Hunter, Letters from Father to Son is a compact novel in the style of Gladwell, or perhaps more accurately, A Poor Richard’s of 2021 that gets to the point and delivers pithy advice on facing coming of age challenges... that is relevant at any age.
