I love stories about heroic aviatrix's and as a lover of anything set in old Hollywood I was drawn to this story like a moth to a flame. Set during the second world war, Rosamund is a go getting woman - whether it be to fly or to succeed as a Hollywood star. A female character to envy for her talents on screen and off. You have to love a story that can marry historical facts so seamlessly with compelling characters and a story to match. A recommended read from this historical fiction buff!
