Jami did a fantastic job reminding educators of the importance of reflecting on our practice. She has broken down this important process according to the many aspects of teaching that we face and provided us with guiding questions that help us lead ourselves to possible solutions and improvement of our craft as education professionals. It is a succinct resource that I will go back to reference frequently.
