About the author

Mariko Tamaki is a Toronto writer, playwright, activist and performer. She works and performs with fat activists Pretty Porky and Pissed Off and the theatre troupe TOA, whose recent play, A vs. B, was staged at the 2004 Rhubarb Festival at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. Her well-received novel, Cover Me (McGilligan Books) was followed by a short fiction collection, True Lies: The Book of Bad Advice (Women's Press). Mariko's third book, FAKE ID, is due out in spring 2005.

Mariko Tamaki has performed her work across Canada and through the States, recently appearing at the Calgary Folkfest 2004, Vancouver Writer's Festival 2003, Spatial III, and the Perpetual Motion/Girls Bite Back Tour, which circled though Ottawa, Montreal, Brooklyn and Chicago. She has appeared widely on radio and television including First Person Singular on CBC radio and Imprint on TVO. Mariko Tamaki is currently attending York University working a master's degree in women's studies.

I'm bummed this isn't running for longer than 4 issues. Lady Thor is a lot more fun, when cutely drawn and from another universe.

Thor & Loki: Double Trouble #3 is about to continue the tale of two iconic Marvel siblings. This series is perfect for fans that adore either brother but have been hoping to see a more light-hearted version than what the MCU most recently portrayed (looking at you, Infinity War).

Thus far, Thor and Loki have been bouncing from one moment of chaos to the next. It’s almost as if Loki has planned all of this. Which, in hindsight, is entirely possible. Knowing the God of Mischief. And it looks like the latest issue is about to double that chaos, courtesy of a few other iconic heroes of the same name.

Thor & Loki: Double Trouble is the perfect balance between hilarity and pandemonium and will prove to be an entertaining romp through the nine realms.

Não gostei da primeira parte que tem a história do Homem Aranha com o Venom, o estilo não me pegou e nem a história deles, detestei aquela lingua nojenta do venom e o design de todos os personagens é muito sem graça, o mesmo pro segundo. As falas da segunda história são um pouco melhores que as da primeira mas mds o gibi inteiro parece que é pra bebezinhos e não pra crianças, eu tinha gibis dos Jovens Titãs que eram infinitamente mais interessantes que esse fiasco que eles tem a pachorra de vender por 9,90 sendo que até gratis ta caro pra esse gibi. Qualquer gibi da Mônica é infinitamente melhor e mais barato que isso aqui.

Ame ame ame la ilustración, es hermoso como parece a momentos animación por las expresiones de los personajes o el cambio de poses dramáticas.

Además de que nos aguarda más de una sorpresa en esta historia de dobles problemas.
