Rate this book
In the dramatic conclusion to the Ravenwood Coven series by NYT Bestselling Author Carrie Ann Ryan, this sleeping magical paranormal town knows that war can be a beginning…and an ending.
Rowen Ravenwood is the final witch of her line—the only one standing in the way of Oriel, the dark necromancer who wants the core of the town’s magic for his own. With each passing battle and loss, Rowen is one step closer to losing it all if she doesn’t rely on the one man she refuses to love again. Only this time she might not have a choice when family secrets come to light.
Ash Christopher’s family curse hit him harder than anyone knows. He’s cool, relentless, and only feels what he needs to in order to survive. He’s gained everything in power and lost all else to his ambition—including Rowen. After all, a man cannot have a soul mate when he does not possess a soul.
The town of Ravenwood is dying and as the final battles come to pass, it will take the courage of a coven reborn, a mating bond broken, and a love worth fighting for in order to save all before it is lost.

Lions, Tigers, and Bears OH MY...well, not exactly but OH MY all the same. Ash and Rowan's story is the conclusion to the Ravenwood Coven Series and if you've read the past two books you're going to want to get your hands on this one ASAP!

Ash and Rowan have a past that will tear at your heartstrings because these two were always meant to be together but things just didn't work out the first time around due to circumstances beyond their control. But now that Ash doesn't have a soul will he ever feel for Rowan the way he once did, or will he fall further into the dark side? That's a big question but the biggest question of all is Rowan strong enough to ward off the evil that has befallen the town by Oriel?

This story is filled with so much action and twists and turns you're not going to want to put it down. I soooo want to tell you what happens to Ash but I never do spoilers but UGGHHH I'm dying because I LOVED what happened sooo much that I want to share....but I won't so you'll just have to read it to find out for yourself.

I would recommend this book/series to anyone that enjoys Paranormal Romances, Fantasy Romances, or Steamy Second Chance at Love Romances.

Happy Reading!!!

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, secrets, lies, suspense, danger, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first
Dawn Unearthed (Ravenwood Coven #1)
Dusk Unveiled (Ravenwood Coven #2)

This is Rowen and Ash’s story. Rowen is the last in the line of Ravenwood. She is linked to the earth and the core’s town magic. But is she the last? When Oriel comes for her, she finds out more secrets of the town and now she wonders if she can save the town? After all Oriel is not just after her but the core. Rowen must work with the town and her coven to protect the core. Ash lost his soul from the curse of his family. All the town are going to have to work together in other to figure out how to defend the town and keep everyone they can alive. Can they defeat Oriel and if so, who will they lose to gain that win? Will Ravenwood even exist after the final battle between the town and Oriel?

I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.

Evernight Unleashed is the final book in Carrie Ann Ryan’s Ravenwood Coven trilogy, and boy, is it a doozy!

Rowen Ravenwood has felt the weight of the world on her shoulders. As a powerful witch in her own right and the remaining one of her family line, she is one of the few helping to protect the town she loves. Ash Christopher has felt the weight of the curse that changed the course of his life and that of his family. He and Rowen were torn apart by it, and he’s only now returned to Ravenwood.

Evil stalks them and the battle for their very existence is fierce.

Carrie Ann Ryan’s story is an exciting and sweeping one, where love and honor battle the darkness encroaching. Found family and true love do help save the day is this epic tale of how this town and coven fight to the finish to protect their hearts and very existence.

Whoa - That was some book. It was filled with so much action, surprises, romance, betrayal, lots of fighting, heartache, loss of loved ones and finally getting rid of the big bad. Ash and Rowen were so good together, even though he had broken her heart years ago through the curse of his family. He believed in her enough to try and break the curse even if it killed him. I loved how all the shifters, wer people, hawks, bears, wolves and witches banded together to save the town. It was an excellentt book and ending to the series.

I got this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review

My goodness Ravenwood has gripped my imagination from the very first book to this incredible conclusion and never let go... feels like it will be with me forever now. And wouldn't you know it but this extremely clever storyteller saved the most intriguing and unforgettable couple for the final chapter and I could not have been more invested in the final battle. Loved it!

Fast-paced, twists and turns, nonstop action!

While this is the last story in the Ravenwood Coven series, it packs a lot into the final saga. Questions are answered, wrongs are made right and…well, I don’t want to give anything away but…there’s a wonderful and very satisfying ending!

But hang on when you begin reading this one because it’s a roller coaster of a ride all the way!

Evernight Unleased by Carrie Ann Ryan is the conclusion to the Ravenwood Coven series and will take readers on a wild ride. I was not ready for this one. This is the second chance romance for Rowen and Ash, but also delves into family secrets, love, loss, friends and so much more. This is a paranormal romance and the two previous books, Dawn Unearthed and Dusk Unveiled, must be read beforehand.

Rowan and Ash are soulmates separated by so tragedy, but even more tragedy has brought them back together again. Can she trust him after he broke her heart and left her behind? Can they find their way back to each other and save the town and people they love? Their journey was not easy, but they had many who loved them and stood by them. I devoured this book.

Happy reading!

What a fabulous ending to the Ravenwood Coven series! Rowen knows she needs Ash to help save their town but she can't bring herself to do what is needed. Ash isn't sure why he still is drawn to Rowen since the curse took his soul and broke their bond, but he is. The attacks are getting stronger and they all soon find out who Oriel is and why is is after the coven. Rowen knows that having the other 2 witches' mated has helped their powers, but she knows she must risk everything in order to defeat Oriel. Ash knows something is wrong with Rowen and will do whatever it takes to keep her safe and save their friends. Long buried secrets are revealed and old pain resurfaces, but there is so much hope and love and redemption...I couldn't put it down until I was finished! I loved this! Bravo Carrie Ann!!

This book wraps up the series in a fantastic way. We get all of the questions from the other books answered. Rowan and Ash's history is revealed and their dislike for each other is explained. This story was one I had trouble putting down. It was very well written and I'm sad to leave this world.

Just like the other books in this series, the audiobook was very well done. It can be read and enjoyed in any form.

Rowen and Ash

My review is written after listening to the audio version of this book.

Having listened to the two earlier books in the Ravenwood series I couldn't help but be curious about Rowen and Ash, soul mates torn apart by the Christoper Curse when Ash lost his soul and then left Ravenwood behind. But before this book, I had no idea when it had happened or how deeply it had affected both of them.

Now years, after their bond was broken Ash, is back to help Rowen, his sister and the town of Ravenwood defeat Oriel the instigator of all the evil and death that is befalling the town. He is a dark force, controlling necromances and shades who is determined to bring down the Coven of which Rowen is the leader. To save the town of Ravenwood Rowen has woven wards around the town, wards to which she is linked and because of this is unable to leave the town. But keeping up the wards is slowly killing Rowen.

Rowen may not want Ash's help but she needs it, the town needs it, everyone is needed in the battle to defend Ravenwood and defeat Oriel to do this Ash needs his soul back but is this possible? If it is what will be the cost to Rowen? In this book, we finally learn who/what Oriel is, why he has been attacking Ravenwood and why his defeat at any cost must be achieved!

There is so much more I could say about this book but that would involve spoilers something I wish to avoid at all costs, but what I can safely say is that Carrie Ann saved the best for last, the storyline is dramatic, intense, at times shocking but always well thought out and wonderfully described.

I loved Ash, he was such a strong character an intricate part of Rowen's life and someone who was able to help Rowen see that she didn't have to defend Ravenwood alone and that the Coven of Three could accept help from the most unlikely places, the people of Ravenwood for one..... but no more spoilers! This book concludes this trilogy it is not in my opinion a standalone these books tell one story, that said it was my favourite of the three, it has magic, romance, action, surprising twists and turns, angst and so much heartbreak but ultimately an ending I was happy with. I did not want to stop listening to this book, all my questions were answered in this wonderful ending to this series. I loved all the characters, I loved their devotion to each other and their town and I was so happy that Rowan’s devotion to her town and the people she loves finally paid off.

The narration of this book the whole series by Aiden Snow and Victoria Mei is excellent, they brought every character to life and expressed every emotion so well.

WOW... Evernight Unleashed is full of twists, surprises, secrets revealed, and second chances. The best book in the series and the perfect ending to the Ravenwood Coven series.

Ash and Rowen were always meant to be together until the Christopher curse took Ash's soul and he left Ravenwood and Rowen behind. Now that Ash is back there is some wicked tension between him and Rowen. The more they fight, the more Rowen weakens and they soon realize to save Ravenwood they will all have to trust each other and work together to beat Oriel.

I was glued to this from the very beginning, it took me on quite a ride, and a 2022 top read for me. I absolutely love how everyone, plus outsiders, all come together to save Ravenwood and build a new family together. I love this group and am going to miss them and highly recommend this whole series which I recommend be read in order.

Aiden Snow and Victoria Mei did a phenomenal job of bringing Ash, Rowen and the whole cast of characters and the story to life.

Evernight Unleashed by Carrie Ann Ryan / Ravenwood Coven 3 is a... paranormal, witches, shifters, fated mates, second chance, best friend's brother romance told in the dual first-person point-of-view.

Welcome back again to Ravenwood, Pennsylvania—a small town both like and unlike others.

If you haven’t read the first two books in the trilogy (Dawn Unearthed and Dusk Unveiled)—I suggest you stop here, and go read both Sage and Rome’s, and then Laurel and Jax’s stories before continuing…

Evernight Unleashed is the final book in the Ravenwood trilogy and is Rowen and Ash’s story.

What happens when the ‘family’ curse takes your soul?

What happens when your mate bond breaks?

Rowen and Ash grew up together, loved each other, and then ‘loss’ each other—or did they?

While trying to save her town, Rowen discovers the enemy’s ‘tie’ to both her and the town.

The coven needs to break the Christopher family ‘curse’ once and for all in order to survive…

What is ‘buried’ beneath the town?

All these and yet more is revealed in the pages of ‘Evernight Unleashed’.

While I enjoyed the trilogy—I think that this one was my favorite. I was always wondering what secrets Ash was hiding when he came back to town.

There are a few other little twists thrown into the story…Possibly another mystical creature…

Paranormal romances are one of my favorite genera, and this book (and actually trilogy) did not disappoint. I highly recommend Evernight Unleashed (and the previous two books) to anyone who enjoys a good paranormal romance with a few twists.

Carrie Ann Ryan doesn’t disappoint whether it is contemporary or paranormal romance. I highly recommend the Ravenwood Coven trilogy to anyone who wants to take a trip without leaving the comfort of his or her home (or favorite chair).

So, pour yourself some coffee, tea, or hot chocolate and settle into getting to know some dear friends. I give Evernight Unleashed five out of five stars.

Together Til The End!!!

Ash Christoper's family curse hit him harder than anyone ever thought. He might have gained power but he'd lost his core essence. He was relentless, fierce and he did what he needed to in order to survive. But he also knew that he needed to help the woman he'd once loved defeat their enemy, Oriel. And he was willing to get the task done, come what may.

Rowen Ravenwood is the last witch of her bloodline or so she thought. As we've seen in the previous books, DAWN UNEARTHED and DUSK UNVEILED , she'd been slowly getting weaker every time she would use her magic to protect the town from the evildoers.

The main evildoer was Oriel, the necromancer who wanted the core of the town's magic as his own. And the only way she would be able to stop him from getting his hands on it. Was with the help of the only man she'd ever loved and lost, her mate Ash Christopher.

She got the shock of her life when a major family secret came to light, she was devastated and was ready to give up when Ash make her see that she was stronger than she thought.

No matter how hard they tried to run, both Ash and Rowen couldn't outrun what fate had in store for them. Along the way they started to reconnect but he never expected to find the most important thing that he has been missing for so long, his soulmate.

Being back in Ravenwood made him want to fight harder to become the man his loved ones could depend on. With the help of his family, Coven and friends Ash found the part of him that was missing and much more. As he started to reconnect with his love, he found out that he could lose her forever.

Rowen kew as well as him that something was really wrong with the way she was constantly getting weaker and it had nothing to do with overusing her magic.

Loved how Aspen, Nelle, Jaxton, Laurel, Rome, Sage and Frank were all there for Ash and Rowen. The bond between them all was stronger than what Oriel thought. He was no match for them. Sure he was powerful but they had truth, respect and unconditional love on their side.

EVERNIGHT UNLEASHED is the third and final book in Carrie Ann Ryan's  RAVENWOOD COVEN  series. OMG what an incredible, breathtaking and exhilarating way to end this amazing venture. Carrie Ann Ryan did an outstanding job. She had me hooked from the first line until the very end.

Evernight Unleashed is the third and final book in the Ravenwood Coven series.

This book is about Ravenwood's Coven leader Rowen Ravenwood and her soul mate Ash Christopher. These two were together when they were teenagers and had completed the mating Bond, however Ash’s family line has a curse and his was to lose his soul unfortunately that course not only took away his soul it also took him away from Ravenwood and Rowen who was left shattered and unable to leave due to her bonds with the wards around the town.

Year’s later Ash returns and Rowen is left trying to avoid the only man she had ever loved because she has to protect the town and that is what her focus needs to be on. But in order to defend Ravenwood and defeat Oriel (we finally get his back story and oh man is it good!) Ash needs his soul back. And with that back comes bonds to Rowen and other surprises I would have never guessed. Ash will need to figure out how to deal with having his soul back and the feelings guilt over the past, he will also need to figure out how to deal with other parts of his life that have unexpectedly occurred. Although Ash was sweet when his soul had returned I do wish Rowan would have had ash work at least a little for her love and affection after all this time.

This book is a great read it has romance, action, and twists and turns and heartbreak. I could not put this book down. It was such a great ending to this series. Rowan’s devotion to her town and the people she loves is everything.

I do recommend reading the rest of the series before starting this book. But the entire series is amazing!

Rowen Ravenwood and Ash Christopher were young and in love and believed that being fated mates they could find a way to break the Christopher curse. Once the mating bond is completed between them, the Christopher curse takes Ash's soul. Ash feels nothing as he walks away from family, friends, and the woman he was destined to love. Years later, Rowen is the last of the Ravenwood line and the only one standing in the way of Oriel, the dark necromancer who wants the core of the town's magic for his own. Ash has returned to Ravenwood and wants Rowen to help him get his soul back. Will Rowen be able to protect her heart from the only man she has ever loved? Can Rowen find a way to return Ash's soul to him? How will Rowen react when she learns who Oriel is to her? Will Rowen's tie to the wards and the town's core magic continue to drain her strength? Can Ash forgive himself for what he did when he had no soul? What surprise is revealed when Ash's soul is returned? Will the fated mate bonds snap back into place once Ash's soul is returned? I loved Evernight Unleased by Carrie Ann Ryan! Rowen and Ash are a great couple who get a second chance at their fated destiny. Evernight Unleased is a great story with a few surprises that will keep the reader on the edge of their seats. Evernight Unleased is a great ending to the Ravenwood Coven. I would highly recommend getting Evernight Unleased and the other books in the Ravenwood Coven series by Carrie Ann Ryan. We’ve gotten to know Ash and Rowen a little bit in the previous books but that was all through the other characters, so really getting to know them in Evernight Unleashed made a huge difference. I never really connected with Rowan in the other books but finding out exactly what happened with her and Ash in the past, and seeing exactly what all she had been dealing with over the years, really showed her in a new light. It also showed just how strong she is, if not a bit stubborn since she was determined to not share any of the burden. There really was no way to get to know the real Ash until he got his soul back. But once he did, he had to reconcile his actions over the years and come to terms with everything he had done. We get to see that he’s just as strong and compassionate as Rowan, and that they really are perfect for each other.

This was such a great conclusion to the Ravenwood Coven series. It’s packed full of romance and action, along with some surprises and heartache. It will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end and you’ll be so glad that you went on this journey. And of course we get the HEA that we have been hoping and waiting for. So, clear your schedule, settle in, and get ready for the epic conclusion that is Evernight Unleashed.

From the very first chapter, “Evernight Unleashed” was action packed that kept me on the edge of my seat as I needed to finish so I could find out what happened with the Ravenwood Coven.

Rowen is the last witch of the Ravenwood line. And the responsibility and weight of taking down the necromancer, Oriel, is on her and her coven. When her fated mate, Ash, left because of his family’s curse that left him soulless, she was devastated. But now he’s back to help take down Oriel. And all the unresolved feelings have come back as well.

This story wrapped up the trilogy beautifully. There was so much going on at the coven and the shifters worked to take down Oriel. Carrie Ann Ryan weaved an intriguing and action packed story that leaves you satisfied after reading an amazing trilogy. I loved how strong Rowen was. She literally took the weight of being the last witch in her line on her shoulders. Rowen is selfless and would sacrifice herself. Ash was the perfect mate for her because he would have done the same thing as her. I loved these two together and everything they represented. Since the trilogy is concluded, I hope we get more from the next generation of the Ravenwood Coven.

The Ravenwood Coven series has come to an end, but what an end it was! The final installment of C.A.R’s paranormal romance series left me with a yearning for my own kind of magical happy ending.

Who doesn’t love a good fight between good and evil? I mean come on friends we were raised on Disney stories! Rowen is the last one, the one to stop Creepy, McCreepster; Oriel, the big baddie that wants to take away all the magic. Rowen is struggling to overcome Oriel, every step, every loss, every battle is harder and harder than the one before. The town is counting on her, her family is counting on her, but she needs help.

Just not from the one person she knows she needs it from.

Ash.

The one she loved and lost, and refuses to ever love again. Just like Rowen, Ash has his own family curse, one that takes his soul. A soul that used to be her. Rowen and Ash have a broken hearted love story that shakes up the plot and keeps the story spinning and spinning. I love how fast paced this story was, we got everything we wanted for the conclusion. Answers are revealed, curses are lifted and as a dedicated romance reader, I got the happy ending I wanted so much.

Way to go C.A.R for finishing another amazing series!

What an epic conclusion to this simply brilliant trilogy!

As this is the conclusion the first 2 books must be read first before starting this one as you don't want to spoil the story.

This is Rowen and Ash's story and really the one I have been waiting for. With the fate of the town weighing heavily on Rowen's shoulders she is fading fast. Not only is there a threat against them all and a battle on its way but the love her life is back in town and she is having to face him and hope that they can break the curse that hangs over his head.

My heart broke for Rowen. She is such an amazing person and witch. She is there for everyone, putting their needs above her own. With her coven finally repairing and becoming stronger she hopes they can fight off what is coming without losing herelf to the towns protection.

Ash Christopher has been in love with Rowen most of his life, she is his mate but the curse is stopping them having their HEA. With the curse stripping him of his soul they need to find a way to break it so that he can get back the woman he loves and help to save the town.

Well done Carrie Ann on a simply brilliant read. I know this was a trilogy but I am hoping we get to read more about the residents of Ravenwood in the future

Ash and Rowen, swoon my heart. Their road was a crazy one but they made the magic happen in the end.

Overnight Unleashed Is the epic conclusion Ravenwood Coven Series and the couple that I have been most eager for. Rowen is the last of her line and an original family of Raven Wood. Rowen is tied to the Town in ways deeper than even she knows. With each battle she loses a bit herself, also taking away the protection of the town. Rowen has strength beyond measure yet one of the things she wants the most she can’t have even though it crosses her path on a regular basis.

Ash I just found the love of his life and bonded in a way that he knew was forever only to have the curse hit him harder than anyone in the family. He’s become a cool and relentless man who doesn’t feel remorse, he is only out for gain. As a town begins to fall, Ash takes measures, putting himself in the line of danger hopefully, to succeed and helping save his family in town. Not to mention his soulmate.

I absolutely loved this conclusion. Evernight Unleashed is emotional, magical and action packed. Rowen and Ash have some serious history. There is so much emotion between the two of them that it’s hard to describe but you know that they belong together and even when Ash is having some of his moments you know that they were meant to be together. Carrie Ann Ryan keeps readers on the edge of their seats with a fast paced, action packed and quite steamy romance. Although I am sad to see this series end, I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment that I have spent with The Ravenwood Coven.

I absolutely loved this story! I loved getting to delve into what happened between Rowen and Ash, as well as them finally getting to move forward and beyond it. Ash wanted his soul back and thankfully they were able to get it back. They still had a lot to deal with with Oriel moving in closer and things taking on the final stages. Rowen also has something else going on that is affecting her health. I loved watching how things ended up playing out and the little twists and surprises that show up in this book. I was pulled in from beginning to end and truly enjoyed watching everyone come together to defeat the darkness. Ravenwood pulls together to become and recreate the sanctuary and safe haven that they want to be. I would recommend reading the previous books in the series as they are all very closely related and build off of one another as we watch each couple come together and overcome the odds that are trying to keep them apart and take over the town. This book is the final battle for control of the town and it was very well done! I truly enjoyed this book and this series!

This is the third and final book in the Ravenwood Coven series and there is a lot packed into this story. It's the story of Rowen and Ash. They were mates who were torn apart by a family curse on Ash which kicked in with their mating which brought about the loss of his soul. They and their friends are also fighting for their town's, and all of their own kind's, shifters, witches, etc. survival within it as an evil force has been trying overtake them. It's hard to delve deep into this without spoiling the story for you, but all the questions and problems that have come up over the first two books get answered and resolved in this one. Because there is so much happening, it felt like some of the angst we would have felt around Ash and Rowen on their path in this story, as well as the angst for what happens with some of the secondary characters in the story, gets lost amongst the larger issues everyone in their circle is facing. But it's an engaging and fun read with a lot of non-stop action!

Good ending to this exciting series

I really enjoyed the last book in the Ravenwood coven series. I loved Ash and Rowan finally being together. This ending includes non-stop action with some side moments of romance all tied up in a beautiful bow. Ash is a witch who was mated to Rowan, another witch. When their mate bond solidified when they were teenagers, Ash lost his soul due to his family’s curse. Ash has returned to paranormal friendly town of Ravenwood to help fight against Oriol and the darkness. The book has the same main characters from the other books with some new characters added into the mix. The book includes what you’d expect from this genre - fighting, dangerous situations, paranormal creatures, evil masterminds, henchmen, loyal friends and family, tragic back stories, mystical coincidences, secrets, betrayal, snark, laughs, and love. While this is a standalone, there is an overarching storyline so it is important to read the series in order. I am sorry the series has come to an end.

The conclusion to the Ravenwood Coven trilogy. Yay, we finally get the battle to end all battles, a mighty tussle between good and evil. This book had so much going for it. There was action, there was angst, there was love and my favourite of all was the found-family aspect. The way everyone was willing to step up and fight for what they believed in made for a truly epic read.
We get all our questions answered about Ash and Rowen’s animosity in past books. The angst between these two is everything I need in a romance, and the angry sex, big fan.
This is possibly a controversial opinion, but this is my favourite series that CAR has written, and she has written some excellent ones. Do be warned you cannot read this as a stand-alone, the books need to be read in order.
I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to read a good paranormal fantasy series.

I received an arc and am happily writing a review.

OH MY EVERNIGHT HELL! Rubber meets the road in the explosive conclusion in the Ravenwood Coven series, and I spent the whole time reading on the edge of my seat. Rowen is that final witch of her line, and it's up to her to stop Oriel from taking her town's core magic with a little help from her friends. Of course Ash, who broke her heart because of his family curse decides to come back to town, and she'll need his help as well as danger is stalking them & doing it's best to take them all out. The danger is thick as evil is never easy to vanquish at the end of the day so as the battle to take the baddie out amps up, family, friends, and maybe just maybe love will help save the day. I LOVE the brilliant Carrie Ann Ryan as her words aren't simply read, nope, they fly off the pages so the world she created comes into my house in full color to stay long after I'm finished devouring every last page! I promise y'all want to experience the epic conclusion as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Audiobook review:

4.5-stars.

I recently had the opportunity to listen to Evernight Unleased by Carrie Ann Ryan and I loved it. Narrated by Aiden Snow and Victoria Mie, this is the conclusion to the Ravenwood Coven series and will take readers on a wild ride.

I could not stop listening! I loved this story.

Happy listening!

What a fantastic conclusion to the Ravenwood Coven series! If you’ve been waiting for Rowan and Ash’s story, you will not be disappointed in this emotional, thrilling tale. While gearing up for the battle with Oriel, readers get the heartbreaking history between these soulmates. Rowen is much more vulnerable in this book, still very much the leader of her small coven, but the fight is wearing her down. Ash is both a comfort as well as a source of sadness and frustration for Rowan. Even without a soul, Ash is never “soulless”.
Carrie Ann Ryan did a wonderful job bringing together both the emotional journey of the citizens of Ravenwood with the battle against evil into one page-turning book. Even the most minor of characters is an important part of this community and this story. It’s one of the things that keeps me coming back, book after book, to whichever world Ms. Ryan creates.

Rowen is a witch who knows that the fate of herself and the entire town rests on her shoulders. She has waged a fierce battle with Oriel, but his strength seems to be increasing while hers is diminishing and the last person she wants to accept help from may be the only one who can offer it.

Ash and Rowen were about to become mates until circumstances unfolded that destroyed who he was and his relationship with her. He knows that she deserves better than him but as they work together to overcome the evil that is trying to destroy their town they may just find out the love between them was only paused and not broken.

Rowen and Ash take us on a unique and intriguing journey that is filled with action and romance as they not only right the wrongs of the past but in the present as well.

I have been very curious about Rowen and Ash since the beginning of the Ravenwood Coven series. I knew that Rowen kept many things to herself and didn't let the other coven members see all that was in the works with her. I just had no idea how much Ash was a part of the secrets and path both of them were on. As with each book Oriel and his plans annoyed me much like a villain should. The twist that complicated things with Rowen and the connection to Oriel was something I had considered but was surprised that the storyline went that way. I love the additional support development for the others in Ravenwood. It made things seem more like a community. I loved getting to see Rowen and Ash become so much more than their constant bickering and avoidance of each other. They really are soulmates.
