Jason Weaver wasn’t thinking of a wife. He was thinking of traveling to far-away places. That is, until his family convinced him otherwise. So, he sent off for a mail-order bride and hoped and prayed things worked out as well for him as they had for the other Weaver men. But the bride he got wasn’t the one he was expecting.
Marrying was the last thing on Charlie George’s mind. But it was also her father’s dying wish she find a husband. So, after his funeral, off to her spinster aunt’s she went. But her aunt wasn’t picky, and the man she had in mind less than desirable. How was she going to get out of this? Well, she did what any other reluctant bride would do. She ran and ended up married to someone else! But Jason Weaver wasn’t like any man she knew, and she wasn’t what he expected either. Would he keep her? Or toss her aside? Find out in this sweet, heartwarming story of love and healing that only Kit Morgan can write.
Kit Morgan, aka Geralyn Beauchamp, has been writing for fun all of her life. When writing as Geralyn Beauchamp, her books are epic, adventurous, romantic fantasy at its best. When writing as Kit Morgan they are whimsical, fun, inspirational sweet and clean stories that depict a strong sense of family and community. 'His Prairie Princess' is the first of the Prairie Brides books and the first in the series of a long line of stories about Clear Creek, Oregon. One of the wackiest little towns in the old west! Get to know the townsfolk in Clear Creek and come sit a spell!
NOTE: Hi folks, it has come to my attention there is an erotica book floating around out there written under the name Kit Morgan. IT IS NOT MY BOOK! I do not, and never will, write in that genre.
Just what Jason needed to fulfill his life. This mail order bride who wasn't who he thought. A switched event but he finds this girl, woman, bride needed his type of understanding and love. She had suffered life so far. Could this change in her life be trusted and could she truly learn to live a happy life with him? Both a story of acceptance, and love
The Weaver family really knows how to treat their spouses. Jason sent for a mail-order bride and didn’t get the one he sent for! But he got the one God sent him. Charlene, “Charlie” was so abused and didn’t even know it. Poor thing, she had so much built up in her that when it erupted it was a major ordeal. It brought healing ❤️🩹 to her heart.
Kit Morgan hits it out of the park with this one! Charlie has no self esteem having been belittled all her life. Now with Jason and the support of the Weaver clan Charlie finally knows and feels something she's never had before. Love!
I just love all the Nowhere and Clear Creek books. I laughed out loud and just feel the love from all the Weavers. I would love to be apart of their family and live the way they do. Keep 'em coming!
I really enjoyed Jason and Charlie's story, it was sad, fun, and sweet, some people are out to help them selves, no though about others. Thank you, Kit Morgan, for another wonderful book.
I loved this book and enjoyed reading it so much! It’s such a heartwarming story! You can’t help but love the Weaver family. I will be reading this entire series! So many books, so little time! 😌🙂
This has been my favorite book so far! Jason is so patient & accepting, & very perceptive of where Charlie is coming from. I love that he can see potential in her, & if we all looked at others with those eyes we'd live in a much different world!
Charlie raised by an abusive dad is sent to her mean Aunt Harriet when her pa dies. Charlie soon runs away and through a series of events becomes a mail order bride for a member of the Weaver family. Sweet story. Clean read.
Jason- Arlan and Sammi Jo's son.with heart of gold and patience to match. Charlie - raised by her wandering and mean dad, never had an education or socialization. I enjoyed reading this intriguing story that is fantastically written with lovable characters and witty dialogue. Their story has a loving HEA.
A book about acceptance, healing, family and unconditional love. Jason orders a mail order bride, but get someone totally different. Good clean romance.
