Beckett Delaney is living the life. Handsome, successful, talented, he’s what everyone would call a real nice guy. He’s surrounded by a great family, an amazing foster brother, and wonderful friends. But someone is missing. Someone who saved him from darkness when he was a boy. Someone who made him smile, cooked him dollar store spaghetti, and held him when he cried. Someone who has had his heart for nearly twenty years. Someone for whom he’s been saving himself. At Victoria’s age, she should have it all. As an immensely talented tailor, she’s crafted couture that draped across the most high profile of bodies. But she’s an unknown, and living in her work studio to save money. That is until it burned down. If you were to wake up in the home of a supermodel, coming out of his pool to greet you no less, what would you do? If you weren’t that shy nine year old boy anymore, but a twenty-eight year old man, how would you approach the love of your life now that you’ve found her? What would she say when you told her you wanted her to be your first, your only lover? Suited is a steamy romance set in the world of the Guest Star series. This book is a stand-alone, but some of the characters from the first two books do make an appearance. This book contains graphic consensual love scenes and is for a mature audience. My aim is to take certain cliches in the romance genera and skew them, add a touch of realness, and create characters that bring complexity and conversation to their circumstances. I loved Victoria and Beckett’s journey. This was an excellent addition to the series. Beckett knew from a young age what he wanted for himself and never gave up on finding and loving the one person that meant the most to him. I’m happy that in the end this couple was able to receive the most precious gift that we all hope for. I’m in a similar situation and pray every day that it happens for me. I love the snippet we received for Jacob story, can’t wait to read it. Thank you Tiana for another engaging story. It was well worth the wait.
at first this story was a little hard for me to grab due to the fact that she was a 20 year-old with a friend that was nine years old. It was truly platonic I understand and sometimes we forget that people can have just a genuine concern for another human being during that time. I did love the fact that he waited for her and looked for her most of his life. It’s still kind of weird but it was a beautiful story.
