When you're trying to escape a controlling aunt, why not move to a mysterious island to become a mail order bride? Julia Lang’s Aunt Meena desires a life where she is catered to by a dedicated servant. Since Aunt Meena isn’t wealthy, the cranky woman forces Julia to fill the position. When Julia is given the opportunity to become a mail order bride, she happily escapes to Portum Island to marry Kendrick Carter. Kendrick is everything that she ever wanted, kind, generous, and honorable. Will evil Aunt Meena allow her niece to live her happily ever after? *** This is a mail order bride romance that contains a minor element of fantasy. There is no cheating, no cliffhanger, and a happily ever after is guaranteed!

Too often are novels and books and stories overwritten full of fluff and needless babble. This tale because it is a tale, is a perfect read to satisfy your appetite in one clean go!
