For me, the only disappointing thing is no mpreg in this fantasy world. Just whyyyy Senseiiii....this is fantasy right? And the deers are god here, nothing is impossible for a god right?? The deer god here can even resurrect life with divine treasure, surely there's something for pregnancy too. I just think it'd be perfect if we get to see their little fawns too!!! XO
Was there an explanation as to why everyone seems so horny towards the uke? I was so scared that his parents would be like his brother. I thought they were going to elaborate on that, or justify with the place he originates from.
The ending made me really sad. Sousuke has a heart full of sadness, he seems to have a predisposition for it, but when he discovers the truth behind his scar, the weight is too heavy. Shiraha's selfishnesh is what saves his body, but one can only hope that the story beyond the ending will give his mind a different perpective to seeing value in being alive.
Cool set up but I didn't like the characters that much, nor did I see any worthy relationship besides the two friends.
It also leaves some unanswered questions like how is Sou capable of seeing Hiro if he really is a human, is everyone in that population a deer or just the Kuga house? Why did the head of the Kuga family lose half his powers in that accident too? - I thought they were going to come up with something like Shiraha didn't actually lose all of his powers because his dad shared half of the consequences, and in the end he could get them back. Instead, the direction it took, was for the couple to end up together with no risk of having further challenges since Shiraha won't need to take on his responsabilities of lineage.
Had potential for more if some of the pieces had been tied up nicely.
