I just finished leading my small group through this study and y’all! It is so good! We all really enjoyed praying through the Psalms. It was life giving and brought us all closer to the Lord.
Each day has one Psalm that you read and pray in your own words. Her prompts are excellent and unexpected. You could spend 10 minutes each day or over an hour. I love those kind of studies because everyone has different bandwidth.
A few notes:
1) The leader guide is a free download, but the questions are hit or miss. I especially did not like the last week so we bailed and talked about a different Psalm.
2) The layout is a little confusing. It’s a 40 day devotional and the Psalms are divided into 5 books, but each “week” isn’t 5 days of homework. We ended up doing 5 days each week anyway and came up with our own discussion for the weeks the leader guide didn’t have discussion questions.
Neither of these is a big issue, nor should they discourage you from choosing this as a personal devotional or a group study. We all REALLY loved it and would recommend to others!

Excellent study material.
I used this book to accompany a study I did on the book of Psalms. I’ve used much material from this author and appreciate the thoughts and biblical concepts.
