Quite a bit naughty. A bit gory. A bit funny. Eloquently written and well edited. It's nice to read something written by someone who was paying attention in English class.
Well, here I am again, reading another B.J. Swann book. But I'm into werewolf stories at the moment, so this was a natural choice. At church last Sunday, the sermon was a bit boring, so I got out my phone and looked on my Kindle app. This came up, and almost straight away...my phone caught fire! It was a sign, I guess.
There's a lot packed into this little book, and quite scary it was. Unfortunately, I have to go to confession afterwards...again!
Me: Bless me father, I have REALLY sinned this time.
Father: Oh dear! What is it this time.
Me: I read yet another B.J. Swann book.
Father: Well, that's okay I suppose. I'm reading one at the moment also.
Me: WHAT?! Wait. You aren't Father McMurphy. Where is he?
Father: Well...I ate him.
Me: Oh. That explains your red skin - and horns.
At that point, I wondered why church was so hot...and flames all over the place. Uh oh.
