Edward Harrison Crane (M.B.A., University of Southern California; B.S., University of California–Berkeley) is a leading figure in American Libertarianism. He served as Chair of the Libertarian National Committee 1974–1977, and with Charles Koch and Murray Rothbard co-founded the Cato Institute in 1977, serving as its President until his retirement in 2012.
